Where was Boris Johnson?

Does anyone know where Boris Johnson was over the last ten days? He was interviewed and asked if he had been abroad. He said of course not and did a laugh as if he was lying.
So where has he been?

It's been Xmas and the government have been in recess ,plus he's been filmed at various, NHS ,settings .

I havent seen that? I have seen articles asking where he is as others like Sunak have been speaking to the press and not Jonhson.

The only time he was filmed was yesterday. Honestly, no one would be suspicious if his sister hadn't been so suspivion arousing!

He was asked where he had been and he replied with a guffaw and 'in this country' - so definitely not in this country.

Maybe he’s been spending time with his wife, toddler and newborn? Having a break? Mourning his mum who died last year?

I mean I can’t stand the man, but I can accept that he’s allowed a holiday.

I'd like to think spending time with his wife and newborn (and toddler) was a valid possibility. But this is Boris Johnson, so who knows.

I think people care because of the current situation with covid and his absence during key times, he released video messages rather then doing a broadcast. People care because as usually the rules are different for him and his. Let's not pretend otherwise.

I don't actually think A Prime Minister should be able to go away for 10 days and do nothing. In the company I work for senior staff don't do this, and they are a lot less important than a Prime Minister.

He’s the prime minister in the middle of a pandemic with exploding cases and a total shambles in the testing system? Some leadership beyond “get your booster” might be nice.

Abroad? His reaction was bizarre. Why not just say "it's been Christmas so I was at home with the family"?

Half the country have been self isolating,including my family ,so it's not beyond the realms of possibility he is too
