Evening all,
I posted Dla forms early July, scanned on 15th. 99.9% sure we will get refused as they refused us last year. My sons become more and more difficult to manage and needs so much more extra help. School reduced he’s time table and also he’s been excepted for a EHCP. I rang Wednesday last week to be told in a que.. rang again today to be told it’s with a decision maker.. how long will the Decision maker take? I feel like a pest haha!

Ems1991 · 13/09/2021 22:03

@kimcoco21 it's normally a few days at a time I would maybe contact them tomorrow I if you are refused get a mandory reconsider and you can also depute if they don't change which will give you time to get the ehcp but you may find the won't if nursery hours have been reduced xx

@Ems1991 my boy is 6, so full time eduction but only doing 2 and a half hours a day as they can’t manage him. Majority of the time I spend in school with him, either dealing with the meltdowns or attempting to get him an education. The EHCP has been fast tracked due to reduced time table. Yes I definitely will do. Thank you x

MistySkiesAfterRain · 14/09/2021 00:26

I sent in docs at start of June for an address change and replacement license. Could not do it online as not on their system (no car for twenty years).

Got a letter about 3 weeks ago to say its been sent to the medical assessment team.

MistySkiesAfterRain · 14/09/2021 00:27
