@Sammyjo42 have a read of the cerebra guide. At the bottom for MR will help a lot!

Yes still let them know you’d like to request an MR and you’d like a statement of reasons. Then you can write to them after letting them know why you disagree with the statements.
Good luck!

Nope .. @Kirstie1990 mine is 8 weeks Thursday , was scanned on the 29th and I’ve not had any letter to say sorry we’re dealing with this ..I rang up last week to ask for an update and the woman was just a snotty cow saying it’s not been dealt with or been sent to decision maker so I’m same as you just a nervous wreck waiting but I’m hoping it’s no too much longer x

@Kirstie1990 I’ve just rang up again for an update and all she said was no decision has been made .they have sent a “ sorry for the delay letter owt on the 15th “ that hasn’t got here yet but she said it might give a time scale on how long things are taking ..did yours say anything like that approximately taking …weeks? Xx

" you are dealing with a claim for . Remeber this letter is about ___.

@Mummyof3boz I just can’t be bothered ringing either will no doubt be told it’s not even with a DM again. Just hope I receive a text or wake up with money in the account. The longer it takes the more I worry we won’t awarded.

I got the same letter too, hopefully hear back soon. Thats all mine said no time scale ect x

Report
Kirstie1990 · 20/09/2021 16:00

No time scale was mentioned in the letter just says they are dealing with the claim and sorry for the delay x

Report
Sarantfc · 20/09/2021 16:24

They deffo are just automated letters which doesn’t help, I’d rather they say 12 weeks than 8 because you aren’t then worrying as much as it’s most likely to certainly be before 12 weeks. ( I’ve no doubt jinxed myself on that ) 😂

I know with covid they are hugely backlogged but a bit of consideration wouldn’t do much harm, doesn’t help that different call advisors tell you different things either.

Hello, I called today for an update on my sons renewal and a decision was made on Saturday 18th. My son was kept on his same rate of hrc & lrm until 2026 when he will turn 17! We waited just over 16 weeks for a decision!! Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear x

Brilliant news that’s the outcome I’m hoping for from DS renewal

Has anyone been to the tribunal before. We won last week hrc and hrm but don't know how long it takes dla to back the backdated money and send the dwp award letter.

He was on hrc and lrm before but he knew he was entitled to hrm so took it to the tribunal.
