Sean Lock is dead!

Just heard it on the radio. It knocked me for six.
He was only 59. One of the funniest men on telly and radio.

I think he had been quite poorly for quite a while but it's absolutely heartbreaking for everyone who loved him.

Oh how sad. I was listening to him on Rob and Josh's podcast the other day, very funny man ... and had three teenagers I believe Sad.

This is so sad, I absolutely loved him

I think he had a brain tumour or cancer of some sort, but it wasn’t well publicised.

Wtf?? No. I've watched him since he was in Newman & Baddiel in the early 90s and thought he was an amazing comedian. Often massively underrated. Loved him on 8 out of 10 cats does Countdown too.

Never head of him but just read up on him. Very young and and he has teenage children.

BBC website is reporting death as skin cancer, aged 58

Poor man, he was so funny and sharp. Feeling for his family at this awful time, cancer is horrendous.

I remember him talking about working as a builder when he left school and he developed a malignant melanoma from being outside all the time.
I loved him. He was a very funny and decent person. He will be missed
