I will ask for advice, and you have to answer using only a quote from somewhere else on Mumsnet. Then you can ask for the next piece of advice. (best to quote the advice question you're answering in case there's cross-posting)

Okay, first question: What should I wear to my cousin's wedding?

There a new thing in settings where you can archive and it stays archived ( so won't keep popping up). Really useful. Go into archive, click on the 3 little dots in the top right, then into archive settings and flip the tog on 'keep chats archived'. Works a treat.

No-one can sedate or prescribe without having their RCVS number. We have two at our practice . I wouldn't worry.

"It depends on the setting.

I read somewhere that thus first does have a naturist zone, and if these people were within it, they've done nothing wrong.

Naturism zones are fairly uncommon anyhow, I think reducing further wouid be a bit much"

We had a dominant hen who initially was okay but started tail pecking and drawing blood and wouldn’t modify her behaviour after time outs. The other hens became more and more aggressive so we slaughtered her. Everyone else soon calmed down and even with their current confinement are still playing nicely.

"She's probably a bit "undersocialised" - not your fault as pandemic gets in the way - so won't have been to visit many unfamiliar/scary places with you."

What's that noise coming from behind my fridge?

Breathmiller · 15/08/2021 12:49

Oh sorry, a question....

I have a day off today and have no energy but should probably do something with my day. Should I motivate myself or give in to the sloth?

Breathmiller · 15/08/2021 12:57

What's that noise coming from behind my fridge?

Could it be Slave to the Rhythm by Grace Jones?

To me it sounds bold, depraved, brazen.

He needs to go to the vet.

What should I have for dinner?

35andThriving · 15/08/2021 16:21

When is the best time of day for a run?

If it's in work time you are stuck with it and will just have to look on it as a work task you don't enjoy

What should I have for dinner?
Cabbages and Roses?

What shall I get ds to do, to earn his pocket money?

KurtWilde · 15/08/2021 17:09

What shall I get DS to do, to earn some pocket money?

Maybe it will wash off in the rain, but that's not really the point. Kids should be taught that it's not ok to graffiti in the streets.

sundaydisposition · 15/08/2021 17:35

What shall I get DS to do, to earn some pocket money?

"putting a dash of vinegar in the boiling water"

What are the chances DS10 goes to bed earlier tonight in preparation for going back to school on Wednesday?

Breathmiller · 15/08/2021 19:11

Yes but only really for wild swimming I did think of it. But alas, the sloth took over.

SquirryTheSquirrel · 15/08/2021 19:13

What are the chances DS10 goes to bed earlier tonight in preparation for going back to school on Wednesday?

It is so so weird, and bad manners. However at least he ate the lasagne so he didn't go hungry. I'd let it go and adjust your expectations in future, ie lower them!

SquirryTheSquirrel · 15/08/2021 19:19

Should I keep my eggs in the refrigerator?

I put mine in the dishwasher.
