Why?? It's adding completely unnecessary stress. It's like forcing left handed people to use their right hand to write. If he's comfier with them in the other hands then how is it affecting anybody else?

I go down a step, bring the following foot down to the same step and then put the leading foot down onto the next step, bring the following foot down to meet it. And repeat until I'm at the bottom.

a load of shove in the oven bits, chicken nuggets, sausage rolls, Indian bits and Chinese bits, and some cheap pizzas to cut into slices, loads of crisps, maybe a few loaves and packs of ham knock up some sandwiches, ketchup and Mayo for dipping

tea towels. you can tell a lot about a person from their tea towels.

We were mindful of contact around him in the very early days then my H began to build trust with him by taking him on regular walks, taking over feeding him, offering treats and encouraging contact.

Over time, probably around 6 months, my H became his favourite person. We then included him in cuddles and when relaxing he’d join us.
