He’ll remain in hiding from this for the rest of his life.
There is no chance of him ever being extradited on criminal charges & they’ll settle & hush up any private cases that are brought against him.

She apparently had to file now or fall foul of the statute of limitations (according to reports in the Independent and Guardian) - I hope she was nevertheless able to make a decent case in time.

This case is really important for trafficked women and girls everywhere.

I don't have high hopes though. We all know who the fall guys are, and PA isn't intended to be one of them.

I’d say it played a part in their decision but realistically even if this didnt exist there is enough in that family/world to want to get away from.

In America that is hardly enough to get it into court. I imagine they are hoping the court of public opinion will get her a settlement. It seems almost impossible there would be a conviction.

I agree PA's office will go to great pains to get this settled out of court.
In some ways though I hope she declines any settlement and forces a judgement, but think ultimately money rules .

The whole thing is so unpalatable it's baffling how the RF have remained so supportive of PA all this time when so much damning evidence is in the public domain.
I feel desperately sad for the Queen but furious that he will likely evade justice.

There's possibly evidence in the earlier Ghislaine Maxwell depositions, plus Giuffre's testimony and some circumstantial evidence that supports it. And god knows what will come out in Maxwell's trial and defence, given the DA is seemingly playing hardball.
