Friend claiming she is pregnant after her partner went half way inside her for 4 seconds and didn’t ejaculate

Is this actually possible?! This is a close friend and in a weird way it’s made me feel distant from her as it clearly seems to be a lie?! Not she’s why it’s bothered me, maybe because I feel like she’s lying and we are very close.

People are so odd with asking/ over sharing conception details. My MIL asked me where my daughter was conceived. Even more awkwardly was the fact she was conceived on the exact spot of the sofa MIL was sitting on.

My mother told me where I was conceived. Needless to say we don't have the best of relationships 🙄

There isn't much research but studies have shown that at least 60 percent of men have no sperm in their precum. Take from that what you will.

This all reminds me of reading Just Seventeen as a teenager and discovering that besides being dangerous, pouring coke in your vagina will not prevent pregnancy.

I am older. All warnings to girls about unwanted pregnancies used to include warning that you could get pregnant this way even if it is less likely.

Why do you think your friend may get be lying? How do you think she got pregnant? This is not sarcasm - I just wondered as you might have a reason other than that the one she is giving could be unlikely.

My sister got pregnant like that. She’d just gone to England for an abortion, came back and got pregnant all over again. Then had to travel to England for another abortion. It was awful.

One people are shit judges of time and two of course it's possible - less likely but entirely possible.

i was told by HCP it was impossible to get pg on coil - I knew four women from toddler groups and nursury who'd had it happen - coil still in place.

One was told it was investigated but different people and providers and batches had been used by the women and it was just some weird stastical cluster in the area.

I suspect they meant virtually impossible but that's not what they claimed and it did make me very wary about other claims they were making.

I got pg due to one of the 'unlikely', 'improbable' scenarios described on this thread, and had a termination as a result.

You can get pg if sperm is transferred via fingers, is at the edge of the entrance to the vagina, is under the foreskin from a recent 'episode' and has been kept nice and warm and moist, for example.

I also got pg at 43 as a result of ONE pv ejaculation. No other sex at all (was on a quick trip home on an international work tour). Thankfully that was a planned, wanted pg.

It's a bit upsetting, actually, to see something that happened to you dismisse as lying or attention seeking.

But saying that, I do also know two women who have orchestrated another pregnancy the DH didn't want and then painted it as some kind of miracle/far-fetched accident (which I think is terrible).

Yes, I read an article about a couple of teenagers who were still virgins but she became pregnant due to them masturbating each other. No penetration at all.

I think this is a reverse. OP is pregnant by another man and the last sex with her partner was the 4 seconds. She’s gauging how likely it is her partner will believe her
