Someone threw a milkshake at me and oinked.

I was out for a walk tonight and I decided to try a little jog to see how it felt as I want to try c25k but I'm worried I'm a bit too fat still.

Anyway, I was just jogging along when I saw a car slow down out of the corner of my eye and then a milkshake smacked me in the head. Bloody hurt so I stopped and took out my ear buds and this guy is hanging out of the car window oinking at me.

I was too shocked to say anything to him so I just dipped in to the nearest garden, as if it was my house and I was going home, and the car drove off with the bloke yelling "fat cunt".

It's shook me up a bit, tbh. It was a couple of hours ago and I'm posting it here because I just need to get it off my chest. I keep going from upset to angry but also laughing because who actually does that to someone?! It was absurd.

What a horrible thing to happen. I am angry for you. That man was vile and nasty. You sound so lovely, good luck with your weight loss and fitness.

It's not put me off, I've not long come back from a nice long walk. Nothing lobbed at my head today!

I think I need to lose a bit more weight before I try C25k, my knees can't cope! Stick to walking for now. :)

People are awful sometimes. I tend to run with earbuds so cant usually hear if it does happen (and most comments round here are elderly people who say "I wish I had your energy" but even with earbuds in, a car slowed besides me on the road the other week and a lad blew some kind of trumpet thing out of the window at me full blast.

I jumped so hard I lost my balance and nearly stumbled right into a busy road. Absolute bell ends. I would kill my dcs if they even thought about pulling this shit.

These sorts of people will pick on anybody. I was a teenager biking along and a car slowed down with a load of louts and one tried to knock me off my bike by swinging a hockey stick out the car window as they drove beside me. It was absolutely terrifying. I never got their number plate because I was doing a near Olympic style sprint to get away. I mean what sort of idiot drives round with so his mate can threaten a girl on a bike with his hockey stick. They didn't look like hockey players either. They are probably dead or in prison by now.

@5foot418stone congratulations for getting out there & exercising. You're right, the driver's behaviour was absurd!
