Dh and eldest DS shouting (muffled) at the football from upstairs, and my cat yowling to be let back out again so she can catch another mouse to present to me. Cat aside, I have the downstairs of the house to me, myself and I for now and it’s bliss.

I don't know if lockdown is quieter so I notice really loud engines more, or if people are driving obnoxiously loud cars more at the moment. I feel like every other car or bike passing the house sounds like a Harley Davidson and backfires frequently, and I have also seen these ridiculous quad bike things on the road recently too making an almighty din.

Absolutely nothing, and it's bliss. I've come to bed with my kindle. For once, husband and daughter are making zero noise! It won't last...

Nothing. In bed early to enjoy my book in peace, rural so no cars, kids are sleeping, bliss!!

DH has been demoted to the spare bed because he snores even worse than DS2.
