Tinnitus, baby snuffly sleep breathing, husband watching a football match so the annoying fake crowd noise and commentary

Tinnitus is alive and well on MN tonight 🤦‍♀️ Mine is louder than usual due to suddenly thinking about it 🤣

I can also hear 'rain on tin roof' noise (courtesy of Alexa) which I'm hoping will shut out the tinnitus 🤷‍♀️

Tinnitus, one of my cats purring whilst he gets comfortable on the bed, a low electrical noise from outside, the occasional car driving by and talking from outside.

Bugger all, but I'm hard of hearing and I've taken my aids out. There is pleasure to be had, even in the misfortune of losing your hearing

Also my tinnitus. And jazz on the radio.

TV on downstairs, Dh trying to find something to watch and occasional shouts of disappointment from upstairs from ds1 who is watching the liverpool match .

My DD softly breathing as she sleeps in her cot beside my bed.

Nothing else at all...

Just the TV and maybe a low hum from the heating.

Crickets from my alexa and my cat snoring under my blanket.

Kids climbing back down the scaffolding of the empty office block next door, some any way, I can still lights in the rest of the building flicking through the rooms so maybe half have got bored and gone home 😂

Tinnitus too here! TV, fridge, light timer clicking and occasional car.

The air ambulance landing at the hospital :(

Apart from that, a bit of wind but otherwise quiet.

The TV, my husband sneezing downstairs, my dog breathing heavily in my lap and the sound of my thumbs typing.

Australian magpies gurgling and carolling.
Rainbow lorikeets squawking.
Sulphur-crested cockatoo just gone over, screeching.

It's autumn, so they're all gearing up for nesting; claiming territory.
