This morning I was worried about bringing in my emptied recycling boxes in case the neighbours thought I'd forgotten to put them out
This is clearly lunacy. I have never cared in my life about what anyone else thinks
Anyone else? Please tell me I'm not alone in my madness!

I let my husband trim mine yesterday thinking that 7 weeks is long enough for the damage to grow out before hairdresser sees it.

If the roof man comes tomorrow to fix the roof, I’ll wash my hair tonight especially for the event 😂!!

You know lockdown is getting to you when...

You misread the headline Myanmar Coup.

And your initial thought is "Well.... that was always going happen..."

Hmm
DamsonDress · 23/02/2021 18:01

Oh my days. I left out crucial part. Confused

I misread Myanmar Coup as Ryanair Coup.

See? My head has gone.

@PursuingProxemicExactitude

I've started talking to myself.

I don't mean "must take that washing out" talk. I mean asking myself a question, and answering in a different voice.

And this morning I had a friendly conversation with the abandoned bobble of a lost hat. Shock

Not sure whether to be concerned or not. Hmm

Be concerned when it answers back Grin
@imonyourway I bet it isnt shit. I've started to crochet but havent worked out how to do rows so the house is covered in pointless woolen worms
Love that image! I recommend you to try granny squares, then you don't have to work into any stitches, just into spaces, & you go round & round. It's easier to see when/where/how you went wrong & not to lose stitches, than when you do rows. Check out youtube - there are bound to be videos on it.

Every single drawer, cupboard and box in my house is organised. All large furniture and white goods have been pulled out and cleaned behind. My food is all in matching glass jars with labels. The carpets have been deep cleaned. I have washed the skirting boards, radiators, doors and door frames. The whole house has been decorated top to bottom. All DIY bits have been completed. I have watched so many series and films I have actually cancelled Netflix because there is nothing left to watch. I have exhausted YouTube. I have already cut the grass and tidied the garden up. I have done my big monthly shop and also next weeks click and collect. All appointments have been booked and phone calls have been made, letters have been sent and emails replied too.

I have, for the first ever time in my life, finished my to do list. I was gobsmacked! I felt completely and utterly lost. Like I had completed life. Had no idea what to do. So I created a new to do list and wrote 'make a to do list'. Blush

I'll send you my address and you can start on my house! Worked throughout and I'm on my own with two young children. I wish somebody would swoop in to clean and organise my life! 😂

@BlissLi when you've done @coastergirl's house, please come & do mine!

A few months ago the kids were helping to wash the car and one of them threw the sponge into our two metre thick hedge. I couldn't locate it.

Yesterday with the gales here it was blown out of the hedge and appeared on the front lawn.

We've all been excitedly discussing the adventures of said sponge and watching it track across the lawn with the gales. It's now made it to the hedge on the other side (we'll retrieve it if it ever stops raining).
