Oh @Roussette it is definitely a not very smart way of arguing publicly with the Queen. This looks like the Brexit spat and someone needs to stop it. I am coming to think, definitely an apology is on the cards!

K&W constantly take and publish pictures of their kids. Any paper thinks will sneak up and take a pictures of them, they will be sued to smithereens, you understand?

The intense scrutiny wasn’t about photos though. Kate had topless holiday ones to fight for, Meghan’s photos were all fine surely?
It was the fact that she came under constant criticism ( alongside quite a lot of positive press on her style actually). Not helped by both her and Harry’s interviews.
It was never the attention but the negativity they were trying to escape. Unfortunately unlike the Royal family who never explain and never complain, they come across as needing to be liked. They don’t. No idea why they don’t do something relevant and stop the point scoring, symbolic photos or wittering on about love and kindness..

They weren't 'publicly arguing' with the Queen. They were responding to her with their own statement.
I will not go into it but I felt a sentence in the Palace statement was a tad unfair actually They responded. End of.
But in M&H don't like world, anything they do will be construed as something it isn't.
