What is your favourite pasta dish?

I am doing spagetti bolognese tonight.

But otherwise i love sundried tomatos and spinach in cream; or prawns in a chilli sauce.

I need some new ideas. :)

My favourite is a Cavolo Nero pasta sauce which is like a thick, glossy, green pesto but with so much more depth. It’s in the Telegraph and now behind a paywall but I downloaded it before it disappeared.

My sister is a proper foodie and she loves it!
