What random things do you like to watch on YouTube?

With all the time spent indoors this year I've really got into a few things on YouTube that pass the time in quite a relaxing way...

It got me thinking about what else might be on there that I haven't even discovered yet.

What random stuff are you into watching on YouTube?

Mine are:

• A Canadian guy who runs an antique store and who occasionally buys hoarder houses and clears them out while looking for antiques and vintage finds

• A series about a British family doing up a French chateau (they do it very in keeping with its original style)

• A woman who goes mudlarking on the banks of the Thames, you go along with her to see what she finds

There's a guy that makes foraged food, and makes things like bramble jelly or £1 a day food etc

• Drunk History

• people icing cookies (why is it so soothing?!)

• women who make these wonderful replica historical outfits

Post 10 - an American guy who clears drains. It's oddly fascinating and soothing.

• a young woman who is a Lego Harry Potter superfan

• A guy playing through a game called Crusader Kings 3. I don't even own a PC

• Binging with Babish, a guy who recreates dishes from movies

Oh, I either watch spot squeezing or army homecomings (which make me beef my eyes out!)

Umpteen what is the name of the mudlarking lady? I'd like to watch it.

My husband is next to me on the sofa right now watching 'ASMR Unboxing'

He watches it before bed every night and it's basically just someone with white gloves on their hands (you don't see the rest of them) unboxing various tech items with ASMR.

I don't get it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dare I ask what a squishy makeover is?

Watching people get massages (professional ones not dirty ones!) Strangely soothing, especially during these times where getting a massage isn't allowed.

I find Megan McCullom's muckbangs very relaxing. She isn't doing any more bit there is quite a big back catalogue.

We watch the Mudlarker woman! My husband has invented a jingle for it. "Down on the Thames fore shoooore"

A favourite of ours is a great crafter with an incredible Louisiana accent - Crafsman - Steady Craftin

Indigo Traveller is good too. We found him looking for videos of North Korea and he did a couple of weeks tour there. Now watched all of his series. He's been to some amazing places that most people will never get to see.
