As long as it’s with people from your household you can have that big nye party. Just because there are no more tiers doesn’t mean we don’t have to respect the ones we’re in at the moment

I just heard him on BBC and got the complete opposite answer from what he said. He basically did not repeat the ‘schools will remain open’ line that they have had before and skirted round it so expect they will be delayed returning

I hope this is true, I am desperate for my children to continue to receive their education.

Also, from everything I have seen there have been no plans to close schools anyway, just some of the secondary years being delayed by a week or two.

Urgh just read on the BBC that they plan to put hartlepool in tier 4. Assuming thay is the case everyone in hartlepool will just travel to do the t3 stuff we in the North East are currently enjoying.
What is the difference between 3 and 4? Is it the number of people you can meet outside?

I read OP post as no additional tiers not that tiers are ending. It's common sense really.
