What are your thoughts about a dad being naked in front of adult daughter (early 20s)? Not swanning around the house, but walking around bedroom after a shower, with daughter sitting on the bed chatting. Neither seem bothered by it. So ok I guess? (She would not do this herself btw - not even partially-dressed, being very private.)

If they're practising nudists or otherwise have no issues with nudity, all well and good.

I would think it seems extremely extremely unusual for a dad wound be happy to have his penis out in front of his daughter, and for her to be comfortable with that too.

I think it’s perfectly fine, do not understand people’s issue with nudity at all.

Well unless he is walking around with a raging boner then I guess she feels comfortable enough to stay in HIS room while he gets dressed. My poor dh wouldn't get away with it as the kids tend to point and laugh.

I have a nearly 19 year old DS and he's currently in his room. There's no way I would wander in there starkers for a chat when I go for a shower in a bit. If I did feel the need the good news is that I own a dressing gown. Perfect.

If dads in his own bedroom and daughter goes in then I’d expect dad to get undies on quickly but other than that not sure. Is dad uncomfortable,? If he’s not Wouldn’t want to embarrass dd and she obviously isn’t seeing a problem. My kids do this a bit, a hangover from when they were little but it’s getting less and less thankfully

I think it depends how you were brought up; my parents never walked around naked to be intentionally nudist as such but also never hid their bodies-if they were in the bath/shower and we needed to go to the toilet as kids it was never an issue and so growing up I had no issues seeing my parents naked. In fact I would now find it weird if me or my partner felt the need to hide ourselves when we were undressed. I respect that some people find it uncomfortable but I think it promotes a healthy understanding of the natural human form.

I must point out that not for one second do I think there is anything inappropriate going on. Not at all. Just interested if others do this. He comes out of en-suite shower naked. She may be there. If so, they carry on as normal/chat. I couldn’t imagine my dad doing this but I’m quite uptight!
