I've just brushed my teeth and used listerine. I think it's expensive for a mouth wash but I will never buy a cheaper one as I think it is very effective.
Very boring I know, but makes me wonder about others.

@OhTheRoses

If you want and like something it isn't scrimping. Perfectly happy with Sainsbury's bog roll, but like good quality dried pasta.

Good lighting.

This about pasta. Recently stocked up on pasta when in Aldi. I was of the view that pasta is pasta for day to day cooking (ok, i know now!) - it's horrible stuff. Same for their rice.

Both take an age to cook then suddenly go all mushy. Really not good. Even non discerning kids wondered what was up with it.

Pasta

@ODFOx

Dishwasher tablets. Shampoo Millicano ( the only instant otherwise we grind and faff)

I'm intrigued by the 1000 count bedding: I can tell the difference on pillowcases so buy at least 400 count ( while worrying less on sheets) but is it worth investing in higher count for sheets too? Currently on 400 but sometimes use polycotton swaps for laundry and don't really notice the difference.

On the sheets - not sure what count mine are but not poly cotton or basic 200.

They are much nicer. Thicker and crisper. Wash nicely and just feel muuuuch nicer.

Don't bobble like poly cotton .

Soft bedding from the white company - I literally can't sleep on what I call "scratchy pillows"

Pretty much everything now I really think about it

Bamboo toilet paper on subscription

I just like nice things and I'm very fortunate to be able to afford it.
