Guess how much DH weighs

So I am going to add DH (with his permission!) to the Zoe app which is helping researchers track what’s going on with Covid in real time (you report whether you feel well/unwell every day).

However, to add him I need to state his weight and he hasn’t weighed himself in about 20 years. We don’t own scales. His trousers waist measurement is usually 32”/34”, and he’s about 5’9”/5’10” tall.

Anyone any idea? I literally don’t even have a ballpark idea of what an adult male of his build /height weighs!

no idea. could he go to those scales you get at pharmacys/tesco etc

My dh has similar measurements and is about 11 stone.

80kg

he's got s significant belly, though slim-ish legs.
85kg would be my guess.
but get some scales.

This method is going to be quite inaccurate. I don't use the app, but if his weight is one of the useful details the app needs then just pop in to Boots on his way to work tomorrow?

My DH is same height but slimmer and we think 11-11.5

He hasn't got a belly, poor bloke. 12.5 stone?

DH is 6 foot 1 and slightly leaner and he is 89kg

I would guess 83kg because he is slightly shorter

I'd also guess 11 stone something. 11 stone 6 to 10 maybe?

If you think that's a significant belly you want to see mine

I’m 5’9 and thinner than him. I’m 11.5
So I would say he is 12-12.5 stone

@Butterer re “guess the weight of the cake competition” - I could actually get him to go round a neighbour’s in the morning to get weighed (assuming most people have bathroom scales?) - maybe I should and then I can award a prize to the nearest guess?! I mostly just wanted to add him to the app tonight before I forgot, but could actually get him properly weighed and then we’d all know!

I don't think you need to be accurate to within the pound. I would say 12 stone.

In that case I will guess 11 stone 10 pounds
