Went to B & M today and bought some Christmas bits including Ddogs Christmas stocking. He had to have his yearly booster jab today so I bought him an extra treat - a honking pheasant toy who we’ve named honk honk Henry to go with wack wack duck and oink oink pig - he loves it!

I actually purchased a face mask for myself today, I have been using disposable ones as I very rarely leave the house but decided to push the boat out.

Pulled a muscle in my back yesterday and I’ve stiffened up overnight, so am walking around a bit like Frankenstein. Hoping it loosens up a bit so I can go for a little run. I’ve had so many injuries recently that I really feel like my fitness is going.

I’ve just added a wok to my online Asda shop. I am a bit too excited over the fact that said wok has a lid, even though I know deep down the lid is pretty pointless really and is just something else to clutter the kitchen up with. I really need to get out more.

I recently made a Marcus Wareing stir fry recipe where the lid was essential, if that helps?

It was delicious.

Poor DS is chronically constipated, based on the chat I had with a lady from ERIC earlier today. So I face a tedious round of discussions with his GP and school to get him all sorted, I fear.

My poor baby. Sad

Overtime again, so I just came home, and I am hungry.
Year 6 of DS's school start selling masks with school logo in school colours (no uniform here). I ordered a set adult size because I like the colours. DS already informed me that he'd take the green one.

DD student finance has been approved for the next year.

Yes bit better, able to eat without regurgitating. Lost voice still a little, am sure it must have been a chest infection!

I attempted some sunflower seed flat bread in the dehydrator. It crumbled and didn't bind so I threw both batches into the compost.

DP came home from work and made beans and cheese on toast.

The twist in the tail is that he put Bovril on the buttered toast before adding the beans and strong grated Cheddar.

It was rather nice, actually.
