Decided to have the emergency caprisun from my handlebar bag while out on a bike ride. It is missing its straw. Luckily I also have an emergency pen in there so was able to use that to puncture the straw hole. #BePrepared

Ok it is out of date and it is not as if I can get away anywhere at the moment but still.......

Still trying to find the bag that my diary is in though. I know it is not in the fridge where I put the salt mill....

Oh god that brings back memories of living and working SE Asia.

I put my passport in the freezer for some godforsaken reason. Probably got in and flung keys aside, put passport in freezer along with a frozen good.

Only discovered it when I was rummaging for food. Luckily I didn't have to leave the country that month!

It's less unlikely than you'd think, sometimes you get up to go or come back and just bung everything around.

DH bought two honey melons for 50 cent a piece.
He is all for eating them cut into chunks
I think they would prefer to be sliced and wrapped in parma ham with a black pepper dressing.
We had a mild discussion about it - as we have nor parma ham I gave in.

I have just ordered a set of collapsible buckets and two collapsible colanders. One bucket and colander for school so we can dunk the plastic resources like alphabet letters in milton (bought that too). Not sure what I'm going to use the other buckets for but am sure will think of something. Contemplating clearing out food cupboard to check what is in there or do fuck tons of marking or just have a snooze.

Finally decided to dye my hair myself rather than go to the hairdresser. Unfortunately I seem to have stained the top of the toilet seat when I put the disposable gloves down.

I put 2 pillows in the washing machine today that said do not wash on the label. They are now drying on the heated rack and look fine. I'm pleased I don't have to throw them away and buy more.

I wasn't able to do my sitting-room hoovering today because a DD was napping on the couch all afternoon and I didn't have the heart to wake her. I cleaned the kitchen instead. Now idling through Pinterest.

DH and DS are both asleep so I have cleaned the oven door and drunk some beer. Will go to bed in a bit.
