This is the one where the news remains dull, and all the irons you bought in the last thread have developed limescale.

I had a slice of toast and now I feel a bit sick. It must be because I am low carbing.The toast was worth it though,it was slightly cold and hard so the butter went on the way it used to in a 1990s B&B.

I ordered a wheelbarrow. It came today.

I bought some black socks for my OH from Amazon.
We had a conversation beforehand as to whether it was 10 pairs of socks, or, as the description wasn't clear, possibly 20 actual pairs.
We had a debate about whether 20 meant 10 pairs of 2 socks or 20 actual pairs of socks.
The excitement was palpable.
Somehow, in the process, I have ended up with 2 casserole dishes.......

Back from my first day at work - it was comparatively quiet.
IT did some things with software that didn't work out so I went home early.

I've just made some homemade chips in my new air fryer. They were absolutely shite. I left half of them. I'm starving.

I've spent all day on the sofa watching Married at First Sight as I'm feeling really poorly. I take it very personally when they don't stay together.

My bra snapped this morning when I flipped it up on to my chest. I decided to still wear it to see if it was capable of still doing its job.

Disappointingly it is.

I have had succcess in these situations with putting the medicine in a cup of strong vimto squash and drink with a straw. I think it has such an unnatural flavour it masks the bitterness a bit and the straw means it goes straight down. Or if he will still drink from a bottle, the same but in a bottle. Good luck! Poor little thing

I'm finishing off a glass of wine I'm really not enjoying because I've paid for the bloody stuff and it would be wasteful to tip it down the sink.
My new red trousers don't look as good as I thought they did when I bought them.
Perhaps there's a pattern here .....

Just had a load of tiny fruit flies appear. I don't have any fresh fruit in, so I don't know where they came from! Out with the cider vinegar and washing-up liquid.
