This is the one where the news remains dull, and all the irons you bought in the last thread have developed limescale.

I had a slice of toast and now I feel a bit sick. It must be because I am low carbing.The toast was worth it though,it was slightly cold and hard so the butter went on the way it used to in a 1990s B&B.

I ordered a wheelbarrow. It came today.

I am having a Taylor's coffee bag, 'Rich Italian Roast'.

I finally worked out how to kill Siri. She has gone! I no longer nearly activate her when I press my delete key.

I remember those coffee bags in the 80’s. You can still get those plastic one serve filter coffee things too.

Thinking about getting venetian blinds. Might lose the hall carpet too.

This might be too exciting for this thread. But today DH took the DC to his mum's. And they won't be back until TOMORROW! None of them! I've had a shower, changed into comfy clothes and am sat on the sofa drinking tea, eating the nice biscuits, crocheting and catching up on my choice of TV. No-one has asked me for anything for hours.

Today I will be building some flat pack furniture. I know this is probably too much in one day, but I been up into the attic and got my electric screw driver down as well.

I've just had a new shopping trolley delivered from Amazon. I may be a little excited.

My OH has just messaged me to say he is having to queue to go into Waitrose to buy our wine for tonight. First time in weeks, must be busy.

Well this may just take you all over the edge but I am going in regardless!

Got up at stupid o'clock to shower and hair wash as our hot water turned off from 6 o'clock!

Two hours later sat on bed to do make up (not going in to work until 1.30). I unfortunately have a habit of nodding off ( I have sleep apnea and Norcolepsy). I 'came to' with a full eye of liner (like shadow) and it was also up my arm. So of course I had to wipe it off and start again. Still got some up my arm.

On a previous occasion I managed to mascara my duvet....

We lost our guinea pig a couple of weeks ago. House is empty.

I wore my big coat today. I got a bit hot so I took it off and carried it, then I put it on again later when the sun went in.

AlCalavicci - Oh one of those! Not really tempted. My room is so small anyway. I think I may save up for a shark as I shred hair like nobody's business. I wish it would stay on my head - or better still migrate to my eyebrows/lashes - but obvs shorter please!

He actually doesn't mind too much, this time only made one half arsed escape attempt.
He stands in the bath and i shower his back half and then wrap him in a towel for a bit to dry.
