This is the one where the news remains dull, and all the irons you bought in the last thread have developed limescale.

I had a slice of toast and now I feel a bit sick. It must be because I am low carbing.The toast was worth it though,it was slightly cold and hard so the butter went on the way it used to in a 1990s B&B.

I ordered a wheelbarrow. It came today.

In other news.. I considered buying a Eufy. I didn’t. I noticed the garden needed weeding. Ignored. I asked the dog if he wanted a walk. He didn’t. I now need a lie down

Badminton finishes at 2pm and DS1 doesn't get up until about 12.30, so that's out for us.

Will do an online order of kitchen roll, face wash and suchlike instead.

My house smells of wet dog. I've practically filled the skip and have more to go in .

I won £1 off my next Lidl shop on the app. The lampshade I wanted came back into stock last night on John Lewis and I ordered it, it was out of stock at 5am when I checked again.

My eyes are really dry today and I can't find my eye mist stuff.

My new shark anti hair wrap handheld vacuum is bitter disappointment.

My left eye keeps watering

I bought some bulbs to plant in the garden for the spring.

I have to sand all of the paintwork in the hallway and downstairs loo.

I don't mind painting but the preparation is diy hell.

I keep getting delivery texts from a company for someone called Nikki in Liverpool, but can't let them know it's not me.

I've just ordered new windows

I hung my skirt up to get the creases to drop out because I cba to iron it. They didn't really drop out, but I put it on today anyway.

The biggest housefly in the world just flew through my front door and did a couple of laps before leaving again. It was the size of the top section of my index finger. I really hope it doesn't come back.

It's funny how fast the flat cools down when its colder and overcast.
Below 20° - I got myself a wrap for my back and a hot water bottle for my feet as I need to stay at my desk for a while longer.

I'm sat here drinking a cup of tea thinking about putting the cardboard in a recycling bag (they were delivered today, so there are random bits of cardboard around that the kids have been playing with as we didn't have any bags to put it in)

@Somanysocks this kept happening to me over the last couple of weeks with a new kitchen. I was having phone calls telling me when my new kitchen was being delivered and even one from the delivery men to say they were on their way. The problem is I'm in South Wales and they were in Manchester otherwise I would've accepted it haha. I couldn't find the company online and whenever I phoned them they didn't answer. The last phone call I had off them was last Thursday saying it would be delivered the next day, I haven't heard anything since so they woman must've been home lol

I've just organised my new neon, pink Filofax for work next week. I thought it'd make me excited about going back, after a long break, it didn't.

I've just finished a 1000 jigsaw puzzle of London buses. A hell of a lot of red.

I'm waiting for news after a second interview. And waiting ...... I wish they'd get on with it.

I'm trying to use up old stuff in the fridge before I go shopping. Yesterday I ate the last of the strawberries and I've just finished the grapes.
There's a painter doing my porch.

I am still in my nightie. Ploughing my way through a bacon and maple syrup family size bag of kettle chips. They are quite sickly. I should stop, but I know I won't.

OP is making me fancy a really spicy curry tonight. I have set an actual alarm for 4pm to get off the sofa and prep it.

Took me ages to pick out a thermos flask. They were all £9
