Any new Eufy Robovac parents out there?

A couple of weeks ago there was a flurry of recommendations for the Eufy RoboVac on a couple of threads.
Several posters declared they would be buying one. I was one of them.
I wondered how other new owners were getting on. We are delighted with ours.
To start with it did not seem like a time saver, but this was because we were so fascinated with its purposeful scurrying that we just sat and watched it.
Now it gets going via the app every morning at 6.30 and does three rooms plus many yards of hall carpet.
It is truly amazing how much it picks up. After four days on the same route it still fills up each time. It seems to be mainly picking up dust, but where does it keep coming from?
Just two complaints: the small pieces of adhesive paper supplied is not very sticky. You use those if you want to create a barrier. When you interrupt its routine to tell it to go back to its base it won’t go straight there but rather indignantly insists on going via the pretty route.

THE CAT HAS TOTALLY FREAKED OUT AND WILL NOT COME INSIDE.

I have had to hide the robovac in a cupboard in the hope that the cat will reappear.

Mine doesn't show as dispatched yet! I hope it arrives today but it's unlikely..

Update: had our Guffy for a month and it's genuinely a bit of a game-changer. House is cleaner, tidier and generally nicer. I love seeing a dust-free wooden floor underneath the furniture when the sun hits those areas. DH and I were both fairly lazy vacuum-ers and now I just have to do the non-floor areas every so often by hand. Even forces my preteen to stop leaving her clothes all over the floor of her room! And I've been meaning to buy some proper adhesive rug underlay from John Lewis for our tasseled rugs for ages - this has inspired me to do it and now Guffy doesn't have an issue with them. And the rugs look better too - result! I thought this gadget might just be a COVID boredom related fad but it's actually great.

Mine arrived about 3 hours ago and is happily noodling around the hall at the moment. DD2 has named him Electro and he is doing stirling work sucking up hair ( 2 xDD with v.long hair). I am delighted so far

DH is researching Eufy for my birthday and is asking what is the actual difference between the 11S and the 30C max - and why do I specifically want the 30C max

Apparently ‘cos Mumsnet told me’ isnt a viable reason....

So wise Eufymnetters why do i want the 30 not the 11?

re dog hair - I went for the 30c max as we have 3 dogs and and 2 cats, (plus 4 dd with long hair LOL) and it is amazing. I do dehair his little roller every time, but that is sooo easy to do.
from my research the difference between the models is as follows:
11 s initial model, doesn't work with app/alexa
15 c next model up, works with app/alexa
15 c max - as for 15 c, with greater suction
30c - as for 15 c, but with boundary strips
30c max as for 30 c but better suction

I've ordered the max purely due to the power and the app

DH doesn’t ‘do’ technology so we don’t have Alexa but we are on the verge of getting a dog

I went for the 11S Max as I didn’t want the app/Alexa stuff but the max has enhanced power.

How long does it take to set up? Mines arriving today and I'm hoping to do it whilst I'm working 😬

Yay I'll put him in charge as soon as he arrives!

Ours arrived with a tiny amount of charge in him. Just enough to get out of his hutch, do a very brief wander and get us excited.

He's been out for delivery since 10am and he's still not arrived!

I’ve been thinking 30c as have long hair dd, cat, future more cats and a dog. Wooden floors with couple of rugs. Is that the right model or should I go for max?! It’s quite a lot more is the thing...

I trapped him in DD2s bedroom today - truly horrified at the amount of dirt he captured - even DH is impressed!

@tootyfruitypickle you can set the timer with just the remote, you don’t need the app to do this.
