How much fruit and veg have you had today?

An 80g serving of fresh fruit or veg and a 30g serving of dried fruit counts as one of your 5 a day.

Spinach (half portion)
Tomato and Bean soup (1 portion)
1 quarter cantaloupe melon (1 portion)
Carrots (half portion)
Hummus (quarter portion)
Celery (quarter portion)
Cauliflower (one portion)
Brussels sprouts (one portion)

That's 5 and a half portions and I don’t think I can fit any more in. I’m trying to get to 7 portions per day.

Banana (1 portion)
Clementine (3/4 portion)
Apple (1 portion)
Fresh orange juice (1 portion)
Cherry tomatoes (1 1/2 portions)
Spinach (1 portion)
Onion (1/2 portion)
Baby corn x5 not sure if that’s a full portion or not
Broccoli (1 portion)
Green beans (1/2 portion)
Baked beans (1 portion)

Omelette with veggies for breakfast, spicy tofu with stir fried veg for lunch, jacket potato and beans for dinner and I only snack on fruit these days ! So I think that’s around 7 portions, I aim for anywhere between 7-10 a day. We’re vegetarian though so it’s easier to get it all in.

Couple of tomatoes, bit of spinach and potato in a curry, guacamole so avocado and some olives.

Seldom eat fruit but drank some apple juice.

Grapes
Bit of orange and banana and apple
Bit of lettuce
Stir fry veg and bit of cucumber

Lots of variety, but probably only 2 or 3 portions

So today was good..
I had an apple (sliced with peanut butter)
Ten cherries
Spicy Middle Eastern stew with butternut squash, onion, tomatoes, spinach, and dried cranberries (probably not quite a full portion of each, but almost)
Strawberries with ice cream (some fresh and some cooked into a sauce)

I orange
1 portion cauliflower
1 plum
