I absolutely love it! Apart from the taxidermy, which is very sad (if it's real), but every room had so much interesting stuff to look at that I couldn't stop smiling! I'd love to have a proper wander round there.

We are house hunting at the moment and DH and I have a saved list. I’ve just added this one.......... be interesting to see his comment. I have put on the saved notes that I’ve kept it for the interiors as it’s stunning. I’ve kept a few over budget for the interiors or garden ideas. He will think I’ve lost the plot. Again.

I'm a bit mystified that anyone would spend so much money on the house and content but keep that kitchen and all the similar wood (effect?) units elsewhere.

They're nice enough but don't really work with the rest of the aesthetic.

I don’t think the person is married, but I think they’ve got a child that stays. Someone connected with motorsport? They don’t eat at home much.
