She hasn’t been silenced though. She’s been removed from one social media platform. She can still use others. She can still have a blog or a website. She can still write articles, and publish them herself if no one else will. She can make posters on Word and print them off and plaster them over bus stops. She can go outside with a loudspeaker and say whatever she likes.

She really is the worst of British, but if we want people like J.K Rowling to be able to express a currently unpopular opinion then we should allow people we don't agree with the same freedom. Tbf KH probably loves the notoriety.

Do you really think JKR's opinion was unpopular? There are a hell of a lot of people out there who daren't even click 'Like' on her posts because of the backlash from her opposers.

I loathe her and everything she believes in .I presume sometimes she is deliberately outspoken to get herself noticed.However I ignore her most of the time .Something like this is so vile and unpleasant though.Hopefully most people who need the free meal service will ignore her as well!There is no shame in needing to eat, and due to various circumstances many parents black or white may need help sometimes .We cant all be in Katies position(No one would want to be ,but you know what I mean!)and have a high profile media stance that pays well .Many people are really struggling ATM to feed themselves .I always try to put something in the Food Bank box at Sainsburys if I can . Maybe she should think about others some of the time?

I've reported lots of people for hate speech/botting/abuse etc and their accounts have been removed. If anything, she should have been banned along time ago as I'm sure she's been reported thousands of times.

Actually, I don’t think that’s true - I’ve always thought she saw an opportunity not to be forgotten into oblivion after the Apprentice and played into that character. And if you play with fire, and all that. Boris Johnson does similar.
