Morning all, well the cafe thread is just about full so here's the new thread.

Just a reminder Florence has made pastries over night, the garden is open with the sensory garden, the cat area (with catnip bush) is available and feel free to cool your feet int the water feature.

It's also early on a Sunday morning so people could be having a lie in.

Morning all, pastries look delicious. You'll find me camping in the garden hope you don't mind that I stayed overnight? In need of a very large cuppa as the cats were a little noisy in the early hours.

Morning all, did you have a good bank oliday? Or was it the same as every day in lockdown?

I think we are due another day of eggs, so take your pick, scrambled, convent, fried, boiled etc.

Morning Sashh, I think it felt quite bank holidayish for us but today feels a strange non day, all very confusing! Scrambled egg for me please.

The bank holiday Monday felt odd, it didnt really feel like a bank holiday. Although I did achieve lots of decluttering. I have a new bed arriving in 5 days. (I didn't realise it would be here so soon!) I have a whole room to empty . It did help to have a reward of lockdown at the end of the day.

Morning all. I'm leaving out a buffet type breakfast this morning. Florence is here to cook requests buyt the buffet is similar to a breakfast you would have in Holland or Germany, so boiled eggs, cheese , hams, tomatoes, olives etc.

I was considering closing as it has been so quiet, I think maybe it's the early starts.

I have been quietly feedig the foxes and hedgehogs though.

Good morning @sashh I’ll just have some toast and a cuppa please. Gorgeous day yesterday although I didn’t drink enough water so am feeling dehydrated. I really do need to make more effort

As I was up early I collected some wild mushrooms, Florance is trained in identification so they are all edible.

Chicken of the woods, ink caps, various boletes and obviously chanterelle.
