Why aren’t the socks social distancing?

You have a lovely selection of socks there, but you must hang them by the toe. It’s a well-known fact that spiders, bees and wasps will fly into them otherwise. It’s a basic health and safety precaution!

Mine are on a socktopus in pairs but not pegged by the toe. I am obviously a heathen too.

By the toe, on a socktopus. In pairs! I even have a socktopus per person. And everyone has a side of the rotary each when I'm pegging out.

I think she means two separate circles rather than two overlapping ones. So doof doof and caring about sock pegs are mutually exclusive.

It's fine! Someone i know has to use the same coloured pegs. Why? Sod that.

My DH puts PAIRED socks in the washing machine. Paired, as in bunched together. Grounds for divorce, I'd say.

We don’t even try to wear matching socks in this house anymore.
In fact it’s an event worth celebrating if someone finds a matching pair.
