Been geeking this morning on the number of flights having to go around

Noticed several Gatwick and Luton flights diverting to Stanstead

Check out DI7018 JFK- Gatwick

Two attempts at Gatwick, seemed to be heading for Stanstead, but now the Norwegian airlines crew seem to be taking everyone home with them!

BA268 was holding in the Ockham stack and has flown to join the approach. Not abnormal really. Not the most common way to leave the stock but ATC probably routed him for spacing so.
