Today crackers and home made salsa

Huge salad with lots of leafy greens, beets, spinach leaves, chickpeas, faux chicken pieces, olive oil, leftover Dahl in a dollop and mixed seeds

More crackers and salsa, pasta with thai sauce, handful (or two) of mixed nuts. Two glasses of white wine.

Usual oats, blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast today. Just had a buttered roll for lunch as am a bit short of time but have made chicken burgers and sweet potato chips for dinner later. Might have a couple of glasses of wine as well seeing as it's Friday and all Smile

B. Overnight oats (I use Lidl fruity porridge oats)
L. Sweetcorn noodle soup
D. Butterbean meatball marinara with crusty bread

60oz water, 2 Yorkshire biscuit teas, peppermint tea, and a coffee

I've hoked out my chia seeds from the bottom of the fridge and plan on doing chia pudding for breakfast next week, just for a change from overnight oats.

B= marmite on Wholemeal with beans and dry fried egg
L= salad, Aldi sweet potato burgers x 2 (used mushrooms as buns)
T= SW Banquet rice, diet Fanta chicken and SW spring rolls.

B - muesli with grapes
L - falafel with lots of salad leaves, chopped gherkins, avocado, salsa and houmous. Plus a pitta bread.
S - a couple of Lindt chocolate balls
D - tomatoe Mexican rice, stir fry peppers, onions, mushrooms, vegetarian kebab strips.
S - satsuma and chocolate mousse

Today has been an extremely mentally and emotionally draining day. We had the next step in my 3 year olds ASD diagnosis. So it's been completely F* It in terms on nutrition.

B: porridge with banana, walnuts and honey.
Went downhill from there 😂......

Small turkey Sandwich
Orange juice
My body weight in chocolates
Madeira cake
Lemon cake
Mini cheddars
Cheese

I've now got a bottle of red wine open, and we might be ordering a takeaway (probably have one a handful of times a year).
Either that or toast and cereal Grin

L: Homemade veggie/lentil soup with 3 x buttered sesame ryvita.
D: 3 x chicken sausages, swede mash & veg.

B: muesli with banana and pomegranate seeds, toast and marmite, black coffee.
Late morning: cappuccino, half a KitKat.
L: scrambled eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, toast, half a tangerine.
Late afternoon cup of tea in John Lewis. I nearly joined the queue again to get a slice of cake, but fortunately it was too long!
Supper: last of leftover veg curry, dal and rice, a pitta, lime pickle, red wine. Cup of tea and some dark chocolate with hazelnuts.

I was really hungry yesterday.

B - usual muesli etc with two kiwis
Some oatcakes and grapes
L - Leftover salads from the night before and a good dollop of hummus
More grapes and two hazelnut butter cups
D - Goats cheese in walnut pastry with broccoli and peas, and beetroot chutney

onlyhereforthefood thanks, normally okay about it all, just appointments can be mentally gruelling. All good today.
Do you find your weight fluctuates by a few pounds? I seem to gain and lose the same 2-3lbs. I can't seem to get my BMI back in the 20s.

Breakfast was the same as usual - blueberries, oats and yoghurt. Lunch is a chicken Katsu bowl from Sainsbury's and I'm not too sure what dinner will be. DH is taking us all out but will probably be a steak if I'm honest. Haven't had one for ages!!!

L - tuna salad roll, olives and a strawberry yogurt with blueberries on top
S - small slice of DS leftover bday cake and a tea
D - will be homemade pizza with salad

Have also got a chocolate Gu desert in the fridge which I may have later (not that I need anymore sugar today!)

L - leftovers - cheese pie, potato salad, hummus, beetroot chutney; pear

Mid-afternoon- Oat milk turmeric latte, slice of walnut bread and butter
D - pilaff of giant wholewheat couscous with leeks, garlic, onion, peppers, sundried tomatoes, poached salmon and wilted greens; grapes

@Redpriestandmozart falafel pizza sounds good! I’m planning on making butternut squash falafel tomorrow, with homemade zhoug (spicy herb salsa), tapenade and a big salad. Maybe some hummus too if I can be bothered. Or just buy a pot which is what I usually do. Homemade is never quite as good.

Contemplating low carb berry brulee for pudding.
