B- big bowl of porridge with almond milk, half a banana
S- the other half a banana and a rich tea
L- waitrose tofu bento box
S- popchips
D- quorn nuggets, micro chips and veg (but hey, it wasn't pasta!)
S- hot cross bun, oreo ice cream sandwich

B - big field mushroom fried with herbs, spinach, avocado and poached egg (yum)
Mid morning - coffee and half a fruit scone
L - 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes, tuna sweetcorn mayo, cucumber
Mango and Greek yoghurt, a few nuts and raisins
Banana
D - Thai red chicken curry
Strip of Cadbury Oreo chocolate (nasty) and a few squares of dark chocolate with orange and almond (much nicer)

@AwkwardSquad thanks for the sympathy. It was very sad. Fortunately, I ate a hard boiled egg after posting but before making the meal, and this somehow sated my hunger. Weird.

I hope that others will avoid this disgusting meal as a result.

No breakfast here again - I just wasn't hungry after that massive steak last night! I have had ham, cheese and mayo rolls for lunch with some bacon rashers crisps (sooo yummy but by god do they repeat on me! Envy) and I'm making tuna pasta bake for dinner before one of my favourite parts of Sunday: DH putting toddler to bed and the kitchen being completely mine to cook up a weeks worth of lunches for us.

B - muesli etc
An oat molasses cookie
L - Longley Farm cream cheese on crackers with beetroot salad, mixed salad, baby pickled onions and a few olives
Two crumpets with butter
Some grapes
D - tofu scramble, roast cauliflower, tomatoes, salad leaf, chutney
Later on I’ll havecanother cookie and possibly a pear

B- multigrain porridge with cinnamon (made with almond milk)
L- we went out, I had the best roast chicken dinner ever with all the trimmings
S- cube of cake from a fancy cake shop
D- 2 slices wholemeal toast with marmite
S- probably nothing, I am stuffed!

B - muesli, orange juice, Greek yoghurt
L - leek and potato soup, a few sweet chilli crackers, some cheese, an apple
D - roast pork and all the trimmings.
S - a few nuts and raisins, a ginger nut, probably a bit of dark chocolate later.
1/2 a wiessbier and a cider. Lots of tea and coffee (decaf)

Yesterday:
B: greek yoghurt with granola, berries, banana & honey
L: turkey, rocket and cranberry deli roll; vegetable soup; an orange; an obligatory Welsh cake as it was St David's Day Grin
D: moussaka with salad
Cup of tea and some chocolate cake in the evening

Yesterday:
Tea with honey and an M&S gf pain au raisin
Half a kiwi
Square of dark chocolate
Two heads red baby gem lettuce with roasted sunflower seeds, vinaigrette, and finely grated egg
Some carrots and hummus
Homemade pho bo. I have no idea what made me decide I should make this as it was extremely time consuming, but it was delicious. Looking forward to eating leftovers Smile

Twix and some pasta parcels.

Don't knock it, I've had a poorly stomach for a week and am revelling at being able to eat things other than white rice and drink tea instead of hot water Glitterball

Oats etc for breakfast today and beef mince with mascarpone and butternut squash for lunch. Dinner with be something chickeny as that's what fell out of the freezer when I opened it this morning

Avocado salad with walnuts and toasted almonds
A pear and a lemon, apricot and coconut energy ball
Roast carrots with feta, cumin and toasted walnuts, with couscous, onions, salad, lime pickle yoghurt sauce
A few grapes and an oat molasses cookie

L: fresh bread from bteadmaker, cheese & piccalilli; an apple; small piece of leftover birthday cake
S: coffee and some dark hazelnut Chocolate
D: slow cooked chilli con carne with rice, tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole
I'll have some chocolate cake and a cup of tea soon

L - quorn ham, salad and coleslaw sandwich on seeded bread
D - spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce and chopped vege sausage
S - satsuma, half a scone, chocolate and glass of white

Today:
B - scrambled egg and seeded toast with marmite
L - leftover spaghetti (too much pasta lately!)
D - no time to cook, so quorn tikka masarla ready meal with broccoli and cauliflower
S - a couple of Jaffa cakes, satsuma, chocolate mousse.
