RockyisMYRhino · 25/02/2020 16:54

Am coming down with yet another cold so haven't really had an appetite today. If I hadn't had stuff ready made to hand then I probably wouldn't have eaten at all! Had some toast and butter made for me by DH this morning and a beef stroganoff with spinach that I'd prepped on Sunday for lunch. Have just made dinner of sausage ragu with gnocchi as obviously DS and DH will need dinner but am not sure if I'll eat my portion or not.

AwkwardSquad · 25/02/2020 18:32

Can’t even think what I ate yesterday, it was basically everything.

Today:
2 peanut Nakd bars (not ideal)
M&S beetroot feta salad; grapes
Smoked haddock, leek and potato soup with a granary roll
Oat molasses cookie and a few pistachios

I’ve got a pot of lentil and carrot soup on the hob for lunches for the rest of the week.

L was out, jacket potato with chicken tikka

D cauliflower lentil and chickpea Dahl with roasted veg

Then ......2 packets of crisps, 2 large gin and tonics. Craving more salty snacks. Evenings are so hard

Inextremis · 25/02/2020 20:39

Only posting to make everyone else feel virtuous :)

Breakfast - last night's leftover cottage pie - shared it with the dogs in an effort to reduce waste.
Lunch - 2 hot cross buns, with butter, because otherwise they would have gone off (any excuse!)
Dinner - homemade chicken, mushroom and green pepper curry with basmati rice, just because I like it, and so does DH :)

I may eat more healthily tomorrow, but I have my doubts!

SistemaAddict · 25/02/2020 20:55

Pancakes!! With lots of sugar and lemon. I'm going to have a Mexicana cheese bagel for supper with some kettle chips. Rock and roll.
