Yesterday...
B: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, banana, nuts & honey
L: beans & cheese on toast
S: two dark chocolate digestives and a handful of pistaschios
D: macaroni cheese, orange segments
In the evening: few dark chocolates
Lots of tea & coffee to drink, need to drink more water though.

I've not done well food choice wise the last few days. Really must get my head back in the game!
Today's food will be the usual oats, blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast, mince and pasta for lunch with a satsuma after and sausage and gnocchi ragu for dinner (unless DH fancies something different when he gets back from his friends house later)

Dinner update: we will be having a curry later because I've got a nasty headache that won't shift and as DH won't set foot in the kitchen to cook unless I'm literally at deaths door (Angry) he can bloody pay for it!

Tea with semi skimmed.

2 slices of sourdough toast with butter and marmite. More tea.

Lunch was 3 fish fingers and ketchup on a sandwich made with yet more sourdough (I asked dh who was going to the shops to get thin sliced wholemeal bread but he decided he liked the sourdough so much he was going to get another loaf, whereas I'd wanted to ring the changes. Sigh.)

Dinner: spaghetti with fresh pesto and roasted baby plum tomatoes and parmesan.

Extremely carb heavy and fruit and veg light day for me today. Will address that tomorrow!

I haven’t had a fish finger sandwich for ages, ChicChic, must remedy that soon.

B - muesli, flaxseed, kiwis, yoghurt
L - cottage cheese salad, couple of oatcakes
Pear and tiny bit of date millionaires shortbread
D - mushroom omelette with purple sprouting broccoli
Now eating a mix of nuts, dried fruit, little bit of chocolate

Wasn't in a great place yesterday which wiped my appetite. I ended up grazing on chocolate than rather eating proper meals.

B: nut granola with milk, banana and mixed berries
L: mozzarella & pesto toastie (managed half), an orange.
Grazed on chocolate and hula hoops in the afternoon
D: pasta with tomato and basil sauce, salad (ate half)
Hot chocolate in the evening.

I think today will going the same food-wise as I have no appetite at all.

Today ended up being much better after breakfast!
B: forced down a bowl of Shreddies
L: (ended up starving) ham salad deli roll, yoghurt, banana, chocolate digestive
S: cup of tea and two chocolate cookies
D: salmon, broccoli and pea pasta
I'll have cheese & crackers later

Loads of coffee with milk (had an espresso-spilling mishap)
Small portions of some kind of creamy chicken curry and potato spinach curry plus poppadoms and lime pickle. No rice.
2 squares 85% dark chocolate
Large portion of Greek veg saute with feta
Will have a nonalcoholic beer later

B - muesli, flaxseed, raspberries and cherries, yoghurt
L - salad made with watercress, red pepper, cucumber, walnuts, sultanas and cottage cheese; a pear
Then between lunch and now, a Nakd bar, a heel of walnut bread with butter and lemon curd, two oatcakes with cheddar, three oatcakes with peanut butter, a few pistachios and dried apricots

Had a so/so day today. No breakfast as I just didn't fancy anything but had the other half is my curry from last night for lunch and home made chicken fried rice for dinner. Just done an hours bootcamp (where the instructor was in an absolutely foul mood and was even shoutier than usual!) and am starving to having a blueberry hot cross bun with butter and a hot chocolate to warm up.

L- ham salad sandwich and hula hoop pufts
S- dairylea dunker

Dinner was meant to be meatballs and courgette with quinoa and wild rice but I got shaky hungry at about half three so had two bagels with margarine and cheese, a Malteser mini bunny and a couple of haribo tangfastics to get my sugar levels back on track!

Dinner then ended up being a couple of spoonfuls of dd’s Mac and cheese

Smoked salmon and cream pasta (gf tagilatelle)

L - late lunch of scampi and chips (huge portion of chips!)

I was very good yesterday! Oats etc to breakfast, the last small portion of the day befores chicken fried rice for lunch and home made burgers, sweet potato wedges and salad for dinner.

Then I went and ruined it all by eating two slices of chocolate cheesecake Blush

B: milky coffee, toast with butter and jam but only half a slice as my 2 year old thieved the rest
S: pombears shoved silently into my mouth while looking in the cupboard so as not to alert the toddler food-thief
L: ravioli in a tomato sauce, cucumber batons, cherry tomatoes

D: Thai red chicken curry with rice, glass red wine

Today has been a bit strange! No breakfast as I had been invited out for afternoon tea/lunch by my DMIL (we get on really well - she's nicer to me than my own family sometimes!). We had some little finger sandwiches with egg mayo, Brie and cranberry, coronation chicken and cream cheese and cucumber, two scones with clotted cream and jam, a little chocolate brownie, a tiny lemon meringue tart and a raspberry cheesecake cupcake. It was absolutely gorgeous! Have just made pasta and mince pot for DH and DS dinner - might have some later if I get hungry after a couple of glasses of wine Grin
