I've been pretty good today: usual oats etc for breakfast. Wasn't hungry at lunch so didn't have anything but have had chicken, pesto and spinach orzo for dinner conveniently forgets the three biscuits she had mid afternoon

Loads of coffee with milk. 4 squares 85% chocolate. 3 rambutans

Smallish serving of gluten free pasta with lamb ragu and sun dried tomatoes

Coffee with milk and a little sugar

Homemade vegetarian green Thai curry with tofu, broccoli, mini aubergines, peppers (no rice)

One fresh date. Peanut butter licked off a spoon.

1 Nonalcoholic beer

L- pitta bread with olives, hummus and tzatkiki (sp?)
D- spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and chillis.

S- buttered cherry scone

0% beer, roobios tea and a weak coffee, water.

D - veggie soup with bread and butter, then peach slices and greek yoghurt for dessert.

S - 2 small bags of ready salted crisps and some galaxy caramel buttons.

Usual oats etc for breakfast, a few chocolate biscuits for lunch and sausage and peas in tomato sauce with rice for dinner. Have also done an hours bootcamp so don't feel too bad about the biccies

I invented grilled eggs for dinner. I had some potato-slice-in-batter-thingys from the supermarket left over. I cooked them, then I was going to grill them with a bit of grated cheese and serve with a fried egg. Spotted an opportunity to save a bit of washing up - just broke the egg onto the tray with the potatoes and cheese and grilled the whole thing. Magic.

L- korean bbq chicken sandwich from waitrose en route to an appt

D- 1/2 spicy meat feast pizza (aldi) and salad
S- not sure yet, not a great day, I want to dive headfirst in to the biscuit barrel.

@YesILikeItToo that sounds very tasty! Splash of hot sauce and it’d be perfect.

Today I had a couple of oatcakes with peanut butter, two oat molasses cookies, some leftover frittata in a ciabatta roll with rocket, antipasto, some grapes and a pear.

Dinner- Carrot cassoulet
S- 3 salt and vinegar snackajacks, glass of wine, 4 cups of tea.

Loads of espresso with milk

Half a roll with blueberry peanut butter

One medjool date

A few squares 85% dark chocolate

Vegetarian thai green curry (no rice)

Strong tea with milk and sugar

Carrots with hummus

More vegetarian thai green curry (no rice)

Will have an alcohol free beer later

So far...
B - porridge, Nutella and banana, coffee
L - scrambled egg and spinach on toast and a yogurt
S - fibre one bar and an apple
D - will be steak, chips and salad with a glass of red wine

We also have a chocolate cheesecake in the fridge which will possibly have a slice of as the evening goes on.

And it will be mushroom risotto with kalettes and peas tonight, followed by a pear

Usual oats blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast, nothing for lunch (someone pleeeeassseeee kick me up the arse so I stop this habit!) and chicken burgers, chips and salad for dinner. Will also have a few glasses of wine later once DS is asleep

Breakfast: 1 1/2 cheese and onion toasties
Snack: 6 (!) very thin ginger biscuits
Lunch: Spanish omelette sandwich and one orange
Dinner: morrocan style soup with chickpeas. About 5 squares of Lindt chocolate, several slices of cheese.
