Weigh in:

Start weight: 317lbs on 31st January
Goal weight: 200 (for now)
This week: 309lbs
Total loss: 8lbs

Still plodding along with steps, calorie counting ... discovering new foods and swaps eg hummus instead of mayo ... not easy but we’ll get there in time ! Biggest challenge has been eating three meals a day as I generally don’t bother with that . Oops !

Weight loss so far 14lbs

Intermittent fasting, 18:6 on WFPBD. Hopefully losing fat now, but happy that in three weeks I’ve lost 14lbs, now it slows down so just to keep motivated. Keep up the hard work everyone.

Hi all, just coming back to say I've lost 3lb in 2½ weeks! I know that's not anywhere as much as some of you, but at least it's moving in the right direction.

No idea what constitutes actual loss anymore, but I am definitely getting more toned. I can see and feel muscles developing, even if the scales don't show much of a shift, and my DH asked me the other day whether I'm losing weight, so it must be visible.

I really should take measurements, but try not to get too hung up on numbers, so use my clothes as guidelines. Not too much of a shift there yet...

Intermittent fasting, 18:6 on WFPBD, although I did manage one 19:5. I really didn’t think anything was going to shift this week as I felt bloated but happy with 2lbs off.

tectonicplates Alkaloise well done, moving in the right direction is excellent. I know weight does not always show on scales. My trousers are at last a bit looser :)

Where has everyone gone? Thank goodness January is over, it's always detox month, getting all that overindulgence out of the system. I find that February is the danger month, too easy to become complacent after the initial success. So head down and keep going.

I did fall and wreck my ribs on Wednesday so no yoga for me which was my only form of exercise so happy enough with 1lb loss.
