I know there are plenty of threads on voting intentions but it makes me wonder how many of those people actually end up voting. So to those who have and don’t mind sharing ..who did you vote for and why?

I haven’t actually voted yet but I will be doing so this evening after work.

Hmmm well just popped down to the village shop (opposite the polling station) and the parking was heaving with people coming and going - but the shop was no busier than normal. Will be interesting to see the voter turnout in this area - I think you can normally see it broken down as council ward level, can’t you?

Labour - Polling station very quiet in S.Wales

HenSolo · 12/12/2019 12:17

Would have voted labour but it’s between Lib Dem and Conservative here so had to go Lib Dem to get the bloody Tories out

Andbreatheout · 12/12/2019 12:19

Between labour and SNP when I went in but took my 8 year old in to vote and whilst chatting about it with him we voted labour. Dh also voted labour.

Labour at 7:30 this morning in my usually quiet area... I didn't vote until 7:50!

Kanga83 · 12/12/2019 12:25

Green. I was tempted by Lib Dem's, but the more I learn about Jo Swinson the more she come across another career politician to just reach the top. Hell will freeze over before I ever voted for Corbyn or Johnson.

MontanaSky · 12/12/2019 12:26

Labour - very safe Tory seat here though.
Polling station was busy at 9am with more people coming in as I was leaving.

How could ANYONE besides those with an ice cold stone for a heart, vote for Conservatives????

That'll be me then!

Bear2014 · 12/12/2019 12:38

Labour. Very safe labour seat generally, great local MP, in a very Remain part of London.

Lib Dems. I normally vote Green but they weren’t running in my constituency, only the 3 main parties. After 2010 I told myself I would never vote Lib Dem again but it was a tactical vote as Labour have very little chance here - MP is historically either Tory or Lib Dem.

BertrandRussell · 12/12/2019 12:42

Well at least one Conservative voter on this thread is also a Katie Hopkins fan so......
