I know this has been done to death and not trying to offend anyone so please don’t post if you don’t want to share: what is your height and weight? And most importantly, how do you FEEL about it?

I’ve posted this recently but to start I’m 5ft5 and around 9- 9 1/2 stone. I feel wobbly as ‘mummsy’ and under-confident 🥺

OP posts:
PerfectPeony2 · 02/06/2019 21:41

I’m about 5ft4 ish and currently 10st 12lbs. I think my BMI says I shouldn’t be more than 10 lbs 3.

I actually feel very confident, more so than when I weighed 8 and a half stone. I was terribly insecure and still thought I was fat!! I am past having those issues now.

However, I would like to get down to about 9 and a half by next year, I’m confident that I can. I have started running and I’m really enjoying it. Smile

I think as I’ve gotten older, and had DD, I’m more about being healthy than being thin. It is SO much more important.

5,3/5,4 and 9stone 10lbs..
I feel great. Could lose more but feel ok

Passmethecrisps · 02/06/2019 21:44

5ft 2 and I reckon roughly 9st 9 or thereabouts. I am wobbly but for the most part I feel alright really. I could do with shifting maybe a stone but I am not sure I care that much. My face can look gaunt when my body looks slim which is annoying. I am now at an age when I would rather my face looked well.

goodluckandgodspeed · 02/06/2019 21:47

5ft 6 and 8st. I would like to be another half a stone lighter. My legs are fat!

tangledyarn · 02/06/2019 21:48

5 2" and just under 9 stone. Feel horrible to be honest particularly my bottom half but I'd say that was more down to being very untoned and unfit than the actual weight.

purplecolourcat · 02/06/2019 21:49

5ft 3 I weigh 12st 3lbs and bloody miserable about it but can't stick to a diet xx

Justonedayatatime11 · 02/06/2019 21:49

5ft 7 and 8 stone 7. I feel, well, wobbly. Heaviest I've ever been and whilst I know it's an ok weight for my height, I struggle to get to grips with that. I don't think I'm overweight by any means, just very very untoned Sad

5'5" and 10.3 stone. Quite muscly with quite a wide bone structure and big boobs so even after dieting loads I'm never going to look small. Could lose a pound or two though.
So I guess I feel okay about it. The occasional "why can't I look like that?!" moment but pretty satisfied that I'm in good shape and know that I couldn't look like "that" sans the use of a chainsaw on my skeleton.

MondeoFan · 02/06/2019 21:55

5ft 3 and 11.5 stone. 2 years ago I was 10 stone so feeling very overweight and am size 14 instead of a 12. All around my middle unfortunately

Passmethecrisps · 02/06/2019 21:57

goodluck at risk of sound hideously patronising your legs are obviously not fat at all. I have big thighs though and regardless of how thin I have been (7st 6 at my thinnest) they have still touched. Our thighs are fine. I tell myself we have strong thighs to help us run fro tigers and shit

ooohhhhcrap · 02/06/2019 21:58

5ft 2 and 10 st 11 lb.

Heaviest I've ever been in my life. Blush

Didn't weigh this when I was due with any of my dc.

I've gained 2 stone over the last couple of years and I feel absolute crap.

Kitted myself out with a three week exante plan but will have a normal healthy low cal evening meal on a few days just so I can shift some and then plan to keep intake low and healthy.

Got two greyhounds to walk so that's cheaper than joining a gym plus I don't have time to do both hence why my intake of food goes up along with my weight Hmm

PerfectPeony2 · 02/06/2019 22:00

Some very slim people on here saying they feel fat! At that height and weight you can’t possibly be- I’m sure you all look great.

5 foot 1 and weigh 8.2 stone. Happy with that. I had an eating disorder in my 20s and I'm so grateful to have a strong healthy body that allows me to live my life to the fullest.

Hortz · 02/06/2019 22:02

5'8" and about 10 stone.
I seldom get weighed and have been roughly the same since I was 20 am now 60. Never dieted, eat what I like.
I notice if clothes feel tighter or looser but otherwise I'm perfectly happy with my size and would hate to be obsessed with what I eat.

MyHairNeedsASnip · 02/06/2019 22:05

5 foot 2, 8 stone 8 and just generally tired 😫

cocomelon23 · 02/06/2019 22:07

5 ft 5 and 10 and a half stone, I wear a size 10. I'm a power lifter so am very muscly.

MacavityTheDentistsCat · 02/06/2019 22:10

5'2" and about 8 stones 5lbs.
Feel (and look) absolutely fine but I personally prefer how I look a few pounds lighter (plus it makes runing easier Grin).

Whosorrynow · 02/06/2019 22:10

@Crunchymum
Power to you ⭐
you can do it 👍

bonzo77 · 02/06/2019 22:11

5ft 2 and 8st 8. I like this weight. I’d like to be a bit less, maybe 8.3. I’ve lost some weight recently though for no good reason, the last time that happened it was because I was very ill. If it continues I’m going to see the doctor.

Whosorrynow · 02/06/2019 22:11

5-ft 2
8 and a half stone
very happy with my body

Someone upthread mentioned their thighs touching still at a light weight, it’s because it is more to do with bone structure. I am 5’10 and 11 stone, size 14 with quite sturdy thighs but I have always had a gap because of my bone structure. I think not to have one I would have to weigh a stone or two more.

SpaceCadet4000 · 02/06/2019 22:22

5ft 3 and 7st 12lb. I'd be happier at 8st to 8st 7lb. I honestly feel too skinny at this weight but my body tends towards losing.
