I know this has been done to death and not trying to offend anyone so please don’t post if you don’t want to share: what is your height and weight? And most importantly, how do you FEEL about it?

I’ve posted this recently but to start I’m 5ft5 and around 9- 9 1/2 stone. I feel wobbly as ‘mummsy’ and under-confident 🥺

No level of skinny feels as good as a cheeseburger tastes
Ha that’s true.

BettaSplenden · 02/06/2019 20:42

5ft 2 14stone unfit, unsexy and unhappy.

Thisnamechanger · 02/06/2019 20:42

5'10 9s2
Feel grim all round.

AuntieMarys · 02/06/2019 20:42

6 feet and 12 stone. Just lost a stone and feel great.

bizzy1234 · 02/06/2019 20:42

5ft 6 and 12 stone 4... mr blobby!!

Knitclubchatter · 02/06/2019 20:42

5'3
10 stone 7
i'm carrying the extra 20lbs all around my middle which looks strange BUT i'm fairly fit and positive i can get rid of the jelly belly.
PS i had large boobs, which prevented me from seeing the belly roll.
i've since had a breast reduction and the tire ring around my waist looks really odd and out of place.

Soola · 02/06/2019 20:43

5’6” just over 120lbs/eight and half stone approximately. I don’t like going under eight and a half as it shows in my face and I won’t go over nine stone as it would then show on my bum and stomach!

I don’t have a big bust so this weight and size is just right for me.

I’ve always maintained my weight as in not getting fat but there have been times due to illness when I’ve been underweight and felt and looked awful.

I have a fear of gaining weight and in order to stay slim I have had to reduce the amount of food I eat more each year as I’ve gotten old.

I am active but I just can’t eat what I used to and stay slim so I do think my metabolism has slowed down as I’ve gotten older. Same with my husband he can’t eat as much either.

Matchedandmuddled · 02/06/2019 20:44

5ft 10 and 9 stone 8lbs

Lowest since I was a teenager, stopped drinking, cycle everywhere and gym 4-6 times a week. Feel great.

Sunshineandshowers81 · 02/06/2019 20:45

5ft 8 and 9st 11lbs. Would like to lose about another stone

ChipsAreLife · 02/06/2019 20:45

5ft5 about 10.7 stones down from 12 at beginning of year. Been exercising loads and feeling great but would like to lose another stone by end of year.

Summerflab · 02/06/2019 20:46

It’s so lovely to hear so many posters of all heights/weights saying they feel good Smile

This is a good website to see realistically what other women with the same statistics as you look like. It’s a useful tool to face up to losing or gaining weight or to see what you would look like if you lost or gained weight.

5ft 2, 9 stone 2. I feel flabby. Some clothes I feel good in, others are uncomfortable. My ideal weight is 8 and a half stone so I’m not far off it but bloody hell those few pounds are difficult to shift. Really I should just buy new clothes that fit me!

Dontbestupidagain · 02/06/2019 20:47

This is so interesting. I'm 5ft 5.5 and about 10st 7.
I feel too big at the moment and I'll drop half a stone soon as starting back at the gym.
The lightest I have ever been is 9st 4 but I struggle to get there and stay there and was told I was too thin.
I don't really weigh myself and tend to go on how my clothes fit (tight right now!)

Chickydoo · 02/06/2019 20:47

5ft 7' 8 stone 7 (ish)
Prefer to be 8.5. Am 50, so definitely harder to maintain.
I have a small frame and being over 8.7 doesn't look or feel right. Have been this weight for at least 20 years

m0therofdragons · 02/06/2019 20:47

5'5" and 10 stone. Still feel big round my hips. I'd like to be 9st 4lbs but struggling to get under 10st atm.

I find these threads interesting. Under 9st I look gaunt and unwell so can't imagine what 8 1/2 stone would be like. I'm an hour glass so have a full bum and boobs no matter what.

Dljlr · 02/06/2019 20:48

5'5 and 9 stone 4. I feel horrible about it. I was comfortable at 8 stone 7 but I'm comfort eating like crazy and if anything getting bigger not smaller :(

polkadotpixie · 02/06/2019 20:48

5'3
10st 5lbs
Irritated that I'm not losing the baby weight. He's 9 months old now and I just can't shift it
I want to be 8st 10lbs but I think that ship has sailed sadly so I'd settle for 9st 3lbs

anonforthespies43267 · 02/06/2019 20:48

I’m 5ft7 and at my happiest around 9st12 but usually at about 10st. Currently 36 wks pregnant and 12st10 though & don’t feel bad x

thenightsky · 02/06/2019 20:48

5ft 9in. 11.5 stone.

Feel massive and pissed off.

I'm best at under 10 stone.

LuannC · 02/06/2019 20:49

5ft 2, just over 9st. Feel ok because 6 months ago I was nearly 12st. Dropped 2 dress sizes but ideally would like to no led than 8st. Nearly 30 and I can't stand my lumps and bumps in the wrong places! Have to tone my arms & legs too though!

m0therofdragons · 02/06/2019 20:51

@Dljlr your "feeling fat" weight is my ideal/happy weight at the same height

cassiewoowoo · 02/06/2019 20:51

5”5, 10 stone 2. I feel fit and strong because I do a lot of running and gym, and i wear a size 10, but I have definitely put on a few pounds of fat in the last few months too so I’ve just started 5:2.

thenightsky · 02/06/2019 20:52

Matchedandmuddled Bloody well done! You are exactly where I want to be.

blibblibs · 02/06/2019 20:52

5ft 2, 11st, size 12.
At least a stone and a half heavier than I'd like to be. Look a bit like a weeble.
