Oldsilver - sad news

Shocking and tragic news about the lovely Oldsilver whom many of us knew and loved. She collapsed on Monday. An ambulance was called but they were unable to revive her. Devastating for her husband and son, who are not surprisingly shocked and traumatised.

So much love going out to them.

I know she was on MN a lot, in Chat, AIBU, menopause threads among many others, and - way back - as one of the original Nobdies, which is how I knew her. She was funny, loving, generous and had an encyclopaedic knowledge of seventies and eighties music that was unparalleled. I can't believe she's gone.

Please post any memories of her below. Her husband wanted MNers to know and we'll be sending him the link to this thread.

Yeah strike out is shit on icrap

MiniSoMuch is now 18 but not too tall (about 5" 6'). But he is now taller than SoMuch. And a lot taller than me. I haven't grown at all.

Yeah, they grow loads. Boy1 is 17 and pushing 6ft tall. Scary.
