How often do you change your pjs?

Nighties
Never pjs. Never sleeves.
A very thick dressing gown for if out of bed
Pyjamas would drive me mad

Don't wear any

When they start to smell really bad!

if you dont wear them do you change bedding more often?

i dont wear them.

I'm genuinely shocked that people don't change them every day - no judgement but just surprised as I thought this was the norm!

I can't imagine not sleeping with knickers in - surely it's a one way ticket to having thrush? Does no one else have discharge? I change my knickers for bed!

Also those saying "I don't wear pyjamas in bed" - what do you wear in bed? And so you actually remove your PJs, the very things designed to be worn when sleeping, before getting into bed?

Every 2-3 days or so depending if they are dirty. I just wear to bed never during the day.

Wearing knickers in bed gives me thrush, not the other way round. Loose pj bottoms, changed every day / every other day here.

I wear fuck all in bed, unless it’s freezing! But I looove lounging about in PJs/slob clothes. I change them whenever I feel smelly

I would definitely have PJ thong up my bum and foof if I didn't wear knickers to bed

I wear my pjs for pottering about in, and take them off when I get in bed. Much too hot sleeping in pyjamas. And we like to cuddle naked.,

2/3 times a week

Couple of days, sometimes one if I spill coffee on them (am bit of a slob), or hot weather. I wear knickers under them so can go for two days and just change pants.

Strange question though, does anyone really think about things like that? I do wear nighties occasionally, same applies. I love my PJs though, put the bins out and answer door more readily when wearing them. Have to put on dressing gown when it's nightdress.

I don’t own any pyjamas, I don’t like them. I have nighties dressing gowns for wearing in the house and I sleep naked. Change the bedding once a week.

For those who wear pants- do you put clean ones on before you put your pyjamas on/ get in bed?

Fresh pair every couple of days, but depends on the weather and general sweatiness 😂

I only wear nighties for the precise reason that I can't be arsed washing smelly crotches every day!

Every other day but I shower right before bed so I’m clean. I have sleep pants that I put on for bed and take off as soon as I wake up, those are changed daily.

I'm a no knicker wearer with pjs. Unless having a pj day.

Change pjs every 1-3 days

@Gunpowdergeletine, I don’t wear anything in bed unless I’m on my period - and then it’s a pair of comfy old M&S knickers, 2 sizes too big (left over from when I lost weight and went from a size 24 to a 14 and kept purely as period knickers!) DH doesn’t wear anything in bed either. Only time that’s different is if we have our niece visiting as (although she’s almost 8 1/2) she likes to have a sleepover in our bed - so, then, it pants forDH and pants/vest top for me!!
