Just that. How often do you change them?

Daily.

I don't wear knickers under my pjs and I change mine every few days

Things like this make me feel really abnormal as a woman. Do you not get any vaginal discharge? My pyjamas would be disgusting if I wore them with no knickers for a few days

I wear clean every day. But I put them on between morning shower and leaving the house for work, on again after work and off for bed.

At the equinoxes.

Twice a month, if that. Certainly not every fucking day, I am not a slave to the washing machine. I own two pairs of winter pyjamas, two pairs of spring/autumn pyjamas. Summer is knickers only.

I love pj's; must have at least 15 pairs in use atm, plus summer ones it's not warm enough for & fleece ones I'm not keen on but will wear if it's freezing.

I wash my body including my flaps and bum before I get in them, if that's any more palatable? Then I wash them again in the morning.
