Just that. How often do you change them?

Also, I don't get people sleeping in knickers. Pjs ok because they're not tight fitting but why would you wear knickers at night when your floof has been encased in a pair all day? Let it breathe!

greenelephantscarf · 12/01/2019 19:42

how can it breathe when most of is is firmly between legs and under a duvet?

themoomoo · 12/01/2019 19:43

I wear clean every day. But I put them on between morning shower and leaving the house for work, on again after work and off for bed
wouldn't it just be easier to get up, have shower and get dressed for the day?
Why are you getting up, showering. putting on pj's then presumably putting on real clothes
Or have I got that wrong?

Shockers · 12/01/2019 19:44

I wear winceyette nightgowns over knickerbockers- washed quarterly if it’s a good drying day.

Micke · 12/01/2019 19:44

I sleep in boxers and whatever t-shirt I wore that day (unless dirty, or I showered before bed. Then a clean t-shirt) so every day as I don't officially have pjs

Didsomeonesaybunny · 12/01/2019 19:49

Every day (Don’t wear them to bed)

bonfireheart · 12/01/2019 19:59

Every day
And I change the bedsheets and curtains every day
I also steam vacuum the bedroom carpet every day

Yes, it would be much easier.

Because I have a shower as soon as I get up. Sometimes I don't need to leave the house for another 2/3/4 hours. I have sensory issues which mean I prefer to wear pyjamas in the house.

Or have I got that wrong?

No.

Angelinthenight · 12/01/2019 20:19

Every day and same for my children.

Viebienremplie · 12/01/2019 20:33

My god, people actually change pyjamas every day? Mind blown.

ICJump · 12/01/2019 20:39

Depends. It’s been stupidly hot here so everyday. Winter weekly.

MajesticWhine · 12/01/2019 20:44

Couple of times a week for me. Or when they fail a sniff test Grin

Antiquevintageandrusty · 12/01/2019 20:44

Ever heard of the menopause?

InternetRandomer · 12/01/2019 20:50

I change mine every day because the arm pits smell sweaty in the morning and also I don’t wear knickers underneath. They are actually smelly so yeah I wash them. Jealous of all you non-sweaty types.

Blackboot · 12/01/2019 20:51

As often as possible. Wearing dirty pyjamas is yuck. I often put on the bottoms first, then the top. By that time, the bottom is dirty in my opinion so I change it. Obviously the top is filthy then, and so on. I often don't get to bed at all, I'm so busy changing pyjamas.

PersonaNonGarter · 12/01/2019 20:56

These threads are such n insight.

Every day is really excessive. In a normal family if each person did that it would be more than half a load of laundry. Ridiculous.

I do appreciate some people are rather sweaty and need to change frequently. I think the poster worrying about vaginal discharge may want to wear baggier pjs.

BaconPringles · 12/01/2019 20:57

Every night.

It has to go somewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

So are my night sweats.

mamagrinandbearit · 12/01/2019 21:04

I've got a sicky baby so often get through 2 pairs a night at the moment

Pre baby fresh vest top every night and long sleeve top and trousers every 3 nights ish but I do wear knickers to bed and am not a sweaty sleeper

Redcrayonisthebest · 12/01/2019 21:06

I don't wear them in bed, just for a couple of hours slouching downstairs occasionally then once a week they get slung in the wash.
Ds get changed nightly though.

vagan · 12/01/2019 21:06

Once a week, on a Saturday after my bath, whether they need chaining or not.

TheHumanSatsuma · 12/01/2019 21:06

Twice a year, whether I need to or not. I have standards

vagan · 12/01/2019 21:07

I dont wear them in bed thou

vagan · 12/01/2019 21:07
