How often do you change your pjs?

Just that. How often do you change them?

Every six and a half minutes if the moon is waxing gibbous.

If it’s waning then all bets are off.

Every other day/ third day but I don't sleep in them either.

Whenever the mood takes me. Can't wear them without knickers though- I shuffle around a lot in my sleep and they end up forming a pyjama thong.

@potatoscone I know what you mean. If I wore them sans knickers and then left them for a day, they'd become... crusty. < not envy

Twice a week

Every day.

I come home, go for a run or swim, have a shower & into pyjamas.

So by the next day they've been on for a good 12 hours. Straight into the wash they go.

No pants if it makes a difference!

& usually it's pj trousers plus an elderly band tshirt. Just knickers & the tshirt if warm enough.

Every 2/3 days If I’m very sweaty in summer then every day but summer is a light vest and knicks and winter long bottoms and a vest top.

Weekly. But I just sleep in them. I don't lounge around the house, cook, clean or go to the shop in them.

Every 3-4 days. Why on earth would anyone change pjs every single day?!

Between everyday and every second day. As I’m always freezing I always wear pants and a tshirt PJ top tucked into my bottoms then my fleecy PJs, socks and two duvets.

Blackboot actually I envisage you changing faster and faster as the night wears on, until your arms are a blur and the pile of 'used' pyjamas is mountainous.

I have Hyperhydrosis (is not 24/7) so it has to be at least every two days if not every day. Basically whenever I get a sweat attack then whatever I'm wearing gets changed. The rest of the time is every two days

@Angelinthenight That's excessive if you're not sweating and is encouraging your children to be obsessive and OTT about cleanliness. There's a balance to everything.

No wonder our planet is in the state it's in 🙄

Do you all sleep in pjs then??? My pjs consist of slouchy pjs bottoms and a vest top, I just sleep in the vest top and change this every day. I couldn’t sleep in the bottoms though and thought no one else did??!! So it’s just a vest top and pants for me, is that weird? Don’t you all get really hot?

Clean clothes daily, clean night clothes nightly

I used to leave it 2 nights but seeing as how I actually have more night clothes than day clothes and it's nice to feel clean- why not every night?

I wear clean underwear twice in 24 hours too and although I shower every morning I often have a bath of a night too

Love PJ's for lounging around in but have never been able to sleep in them! Prefer a nightie.

I sleep naked. I do have pjs but only wear them occasionally & never in bed

Every other day, or daily if the machine load that day is not too full. OP needs to come back and say how often they change theirs.

Three sets. Once a month each. Do not sleep in them.

Every night but only because I don't wear nickers in bed so they feel dirty

I wear pyjama trousers in the evening after a shower with a nightie. When I go to bed I take the trousers off but keep the nightie on. Probably change both twice a week. I love some of the comments on here.... some people aren't taking it too seriously
