How often do you change your pjs?

Just that. How often do you change them?

Once a week.

Bottoms every day, top every two or three days. But I shower before bed.

im worried enough about spiders rubbing willies on my face, if the foof area was left open your asking for web...

It's an acquired taste, but try it! You may enjoy it as much as I do!!!!

2-3 times a week. Don’t wear knickers in bed unless it’s that time of the month. I don’t have a partner and I’m not a sweaty person anyway.

Once a month or so. I don't wear anything in bed, so I just throw them on at the weekend when I get up for breakfast before a shower etc.

I was trying to remember the last time I owned PJs and as I couldn't it must be over 30 years ago.

So never, I don't understand wearing things in bed, don't you get all hot and tangled? Even my 10 and 12 year-old have eschewed PJs in favour of just pants (I don't bother with the pants). DH also a naked sleeper, we are a PJ-free house!

I don’t understand why anyone would wear clothes in bed either. Especially PJs. Far too hot, I couldn’t bear all that stuff round your legs.
Never owned any, and never will.

The longest I go is about a fortnight, but usually it's more frequent than that as I tend to 'cook' overnight and wake up sweaty (SO attractive).
Plus, I've got quite a few pairs of nice PJ trousers and nice vest tops and I like a chance to wear them all!

This is a bit off-topic AND a can of worms, I know, but I don't understand why you wouldn't wear knickers under them. It makes as little sense as not wearing knickers under outdoor trousers IMO. DISCLAIMER I know some people go commando; I'm not talking about them!

I never used to wear anything to sleep in, but since having dc and co sleeping when they were babies- ds3 is 4 and still comes in to our bed in the early hours most nights- I find I prefer to have something on. Plus we moved our bedroom downstairs last year so the dc could each have their own room, and the room we sleep in now is so cold. Even in the hottest part of last summer's heatwave, it never got very warm in there, and throughout winter it's been like sleeping in a fridge. I use old leggings that have gone holey or are bleach stained, etc, for pj bottoms, and as I don't wear knickers to bed I change them every day.

Every day. More often if sweaty or ill.

I would be far too cold if I didn't wear PJs! But then I'm quite a cold person, I like my house to always be tropical

I don't wear PJs to bed, only in the house before bed. With knickers on.

I will wash them after 2-3 nights of 2-3 hours wear.

I always wear pants under mine, otherwise there'd be major leakage

Every 4-5 days...max maybe weekly? I don’t know of anyone who changes their pjs even once every 2 days let alone every day!!!

Don't usually wear them to sleep in, mostly just for lounging around in the evening. I'm always far too warm in bed. Mine tend to be decided by the smell test. (Is this not the norm...)

I do not own a pair of pyjamas. I wear nightshirts, and put them on as I go to bed. I can't change into them any earlier, I can't sleep if I do, think my brain is hardwired to it being my routine.

I prefer a nightdress to PJs and put it on just before bed, but will wake in the night with a hot flush/full on sweat (and that's with no heating in my bedroom) so it goes in the wash every morning. Love the feel of fresh clean nightwear .

I have bad skin allergies. I don’t wear anything twice because it’s so bad I’m basically allergic to my own sweat.

Never, don't wear them, sleep naked. Could not imagine going to bed with DH wearing anything. (Other than Chanel of course, a la Marilyn Monroe....) DH never wore pyjamas either.
