How often do you change your pjs?

Just that. How often do you change them?

I used to change mine weekly but I've been suffering from bad skin on my back so I bought lots of cotton T-shirts and have been changing them daily for the past few months (but still change the bottoms weekly - I wear knickers underneath, would feel too strange not to and then I'd have to change them daily too).
Skin has improved so I'll continue doing this for the foreseeable ☺️

Once a week when the weather is not hot. I do bath or shower before changing into them. Change more frequently in hot weather obviously. Don't have issues like discharge that some others seem to have.

GunpowderGelatine, I also always slept naked, now at 51, I wear just knickers, because I've got post Menopause slight incontinence. I've started HRT though for it.

I also had what you describe and used to wear liners every day.

I had a good sex life so would be changing the bed daily, anyway.

I hate having to wear Pj's/socks when camping.

I get up and put on Pj's. I have scruffier ones that I wear to clean with. I've always done that because I'm careless and because I had German Shepherds, I'd be bleaching/Jeys fluid etc and ruined clothes.

If I'm getting up and having a bath before I put them on, the most I'd wear a pair of decent ones is three days, if I'm only wearing them for a few hours in the day.

I wear them three nights then into the wash they go

I wear knickers under mine ( always have done ) and change them every day.
How much space do they take in the washing machine? Hardly any.
I don't wear pyjama tops though, I prefer to wear a vest and will wear the one I've had on that day. I feel naked if I don't have a black vest on under my clothes

My dc don't wear underwear with pyjamas and theirs are only worn until bedtime as they both sleep naked but are still washed
daily.

I usually sleep naked or in knickers if on my period, then get into pjs/loungewear once I'm up. I change them when they are dirty/smelly, horrible slattern that I am. We do so much laundry already and I'm not adding to it by unnecessarily washing things.

Every night but I seem to do most of my sweating at night, so they'd be very smelly by day two.

Same reason why I can't do night time showers as much as I would like to.

Children every night because they always smell faintly of pee because they both wear nappies. I did wash mine every night (I do wear pants in bed) but trying to wear them for two nights now.

The responses to this will be the usual range of everything from 'I've never changed my PJs and to do so is terribly wasteful, think of the water etc' to 'I set my alarm and rise from my bed each hour to change them and throw them on the pyre on the porch that continually burns to ensure there is no unsanitary items in the house... anything else is disgusting.... EWWWW'

Every morning they go into the wash. I must have an extra smelly fanjo. I put on clean clothes every morning and clean pyjamas every night.

I haven't worn pyjamas in bed since I was a child....I'd get far too hot! I'll wear t-shirt and knickers if staying at a friend's house or if Dh is away.

Dh and I use our pj bottoms (no tops) as 'lounge wear', with underwear in the evening to slouch around in as they're more comfy than work trousers. They get washed when they smell or get dirty. Knees aren't that sweaty.

Depends on weather, and if DS pukes on me. Generally every 3 days but change bed knickers and vest daily. Any more would create ridiculous washing which is already a battle

ALWAYS wear pants to bed. Don't know how people don't!

I wear the pants I've worn in the day with no other bottoms, and a tshirt that I change every 3-4 days.

Am I the only one who freezes her arse of at night? All these naked ladies at night..... Don't you feel cold in winter?
I must live on some random planet because I do wear knickers to bed and PJ's! Change my knickers everyday and my PJ's every other day (unless I'm having a lazy day and keep them on all day, then I change them everyday).

Top every two or three days, bottoms once a week. I shower before bed and wear underwear.

Every other day. Get kids to change theirs everyday, they are quite sweaty though.

Maybe all the people saying they'd e hot in PJs need to turn their heating down at night? Or off?

Jesus I'm minging. Once a week unless I've been ill and sweaty. I shower before bed and not a very sweaty person! Also wear pants in bed because yes, discharge and also the fanjo arse thong thing...
