For anyone who's staying in on NYE... shall we make our own party?

There was a thread last year with a virtual NYE party and I can't see one at the moment so I thought I'd start one. I am bringing Matchmakers (mint) and shed loads of Heroes. Who else?

Can I join? DH and I opted out of socialising this year because I've been so busy at work we've hardly seen each other - we wanted to hang out with each other!

I have a lot of wine, some pink bubbles chilling in the fridge, and a very dubious bottle of passion fruit liqueur that no one should risk but after a few drinks I'm going to decide to experiment with passion fruit kir royales

p.s. anyone who's brought the cats I'll keep the Jack Russell away on the other side of the room.

I used to have an app which had it on. If I can find it we can play together and have a right giggle.

Can I join this party, I bring a sleepy cat, she has cat calming tablets in her due to potential fireworks.

Fl0w3r um how do you play? I've heard of this game but have never played it. Will we be turning our backs on the host? It seems a tad rude as all the guests have gone to so much trouble.

The game is simple, you have a selection of offensive cards, you then get a card off the deck which has a blank and you put in the offensive card which fits the best/is the funniest. I’m just going to go on x
