For anyone who's staying in on NYE... shall we make our own party?

There was a thread last year with a virtual NYE party and I can't see one at the moment so I thought I'd start one. I am bringing Matchmakers (mint) and shed loads of Heroes. Who else?

One of my cats has stolen my chair so I am perched in a corner. I have lower alcohol wine . DH just made me a too strong gin he thinks he is on a promise

I have pulled pork brioche things from M and S.

I want to join! Last new year's eve I bumped into my ex, this new year eve OH has gone off in a huff so currently bf DD to bed and will watch Corrie and Eastenders on record!

Currently drinking sherry out of a crazy cat lady wine glass my sister got me for xmas.... "It's not drinking alone if the cats at home". Not sure what she is trying to say Hmm

I tried to orchestrate a date tonight with a single dad of my DD's friend. It went terribly wrong. Maybe my sister is not far off with the crazy cat lady thing.

OH is DJ’ing tonight and I’m not in the mood for a party so hopefully he’ll be back before midnight otherwise I’ll be by myself. It’s the biggest venue in our city so very proud of him, meanwhile I’m sinking my favourite Clementine Buck’s Fizz and eating a Domino’sGrin

I'm in if it's not too late. I've got a fridge full of cheese, crackers and a box of belgian chocolates. Plenty of gin as well.

Much gin, many flavours. Prosecco too and softies. To eat, cheeses and some lovely prosciutto with crackers. Best to everyone for 2019.

yawning I don't want to alarm you, but I've just been outside for one of VittysCardigan's ciggies for non smokers and there is a lot of tutting and pearl clutching from the neighbours. It might have something to do with our parking, the noise or all the cats pooping in others gardens...........Just saying.
