TV programmes you MUST switch off

What is it for you? What TV programmes can you not stand at all - to the point that you have to change the channel or leave the room?

For me it’s Impractical Jokers and Homes Under the Hammer. For entirely different reasons - Impractical Jokers because it irritates me to the point that I am just angry, and Homes Under the Hammer because it reminds me of when DH was ill as it was on every time we were in the hospital for bad news and now I just can’t watch it.

Loose Women, if aliens were gathering information on earth based on that show they would obliterate the planet for the betterment of the universe.

Jeremy Kyle. Any of those programmes which exploit anyone

The One Show. OMG, I want my licence fee back!

The Simpson's and Man v Food

Last of the summer wine.
That crap programme about the detective based on some Caribbean island

Anything connected to that ... Clarkson. Smuggo fucking men talking about cars.
And to balance that Kirsty tweeknickers Allsop.

Tipping Point. I don't get to watch TV during the day very often but, when I do, this always seems to be on. It should be renamed 'People failing to answer the simplest quiz questions ever'. Used to love Goggle box but most of the good families have gone now.

Goggle Box -the whole concept and programme is mind-numbingly boring

I'm A Celebrity GMOOH - desperate "celebs" covered in sludge, slugs and God knows what. + eating animal balls, the skanks. Yuk
except for the David Haye shower scene which I purposely tuned in for

I saw an advertisement for something recently, Holly Willoughby peeping from under a Christmas tree or around a corner or some such. I guess it's meant to be "cute" but it's tipped me over the edge - FFS, no more. The woman is everywhere doesn't she ever turn down a role...?

Oh I’d forgotten about Keith Lemon (probably because I’m an old fart who goes to bed before any of his irritating shows are on TV), but yes - he is another one I would have to switch over for. I can’t abide him and even 30seconds of his voice is too much.

Plenty of shows mentioned here that I would never choose to watch, but very few that I would have to actually turn over/off/walk away from lest I turn into some irrationally pissed off harridan!

Eastenders - angry, shouty stereotypes, I feel depressed if I see 30 seconds of it. I don't watch any of the soaps but none of the others actually bother me the way EE does.

Any of those TOWIE/KarKrashion type shows. I truly believe they represent much of what is wrong with modern society and I can feel my blood start to boil at just the sight of those stupid, vapid people on my tv screen.

The Piers Morgan breakfast thing on ITV. It's complete dross, just him raising his voice whenever he thinks he's being clever or funny.
